Cozy, clean and very Vineyard! All you need is here for the MV experience from casual easy living, complete with visiting turkeys! An easy walk to the lovely MV Museum or town of Vineyard Haven for food or shopping. Our second time staying here and we had a great time!

This particular home has been my favorite of all my rentals so far - great home, great location, the owner and property manager were easy to work with and easy to communicate with. The home is much larger than it appears in the photos and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to downtown Vineyard Haven. I found back roads to get to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs which was a lifesaver as the third week of August is CRAZY busy. I hope to stay here again next time I make it to the island.

I stayed here with my family in June and had a wonderful stay! Excellent location near downtown Vineyard Haven, but nestled back on a quiet street. The owners were great with communication and the place was clean and tidy on arrival. The outdoor shower and screened in porch were a plus!

Loved this property and location. Quiet setting and close to ferry. Even though we only spent a few evenings hanging at the house the we were happy to have the beautiful back porch to eat dinner on and play games. We all enjoyed the big outdoor shower and it helped us to get ready in half the time. Wonderful communication throughout the whole booking and vacation process. Our only recommendation would be some more comfortable furniture for sitting after long days at the beach and sightseeing would be welcome! We would definitely book again.

Stayed with a friend and our pups.Couldn’t have been a more amazing house/location. Cutest house, great layout, huge yard, and the host checked in and gave us great tips. We had a car and were close to everything including town and the beach. This was the perfect house for this vacation. 100% would recommend and would stay here again!

My family and I made our first visit to the vineyard, and this place made all the difference! It was a 15 min walk to the ferry terminal and bus station. At the time we visited, the busses were free so this gave us access to the whole island! The place was clean and decorated in an eclectic island style that perfectly fit the vineyard theme! The property was located on a quiet lot/street and was close to the beach and any restaurant we wanted in Vineyard Haven. The a/c units worked great. We also saw lots of wildlife on the property/neighborhood including rabbits, deer, turkeys, and a wide variety of other birds. We even got to see fireflies for the first time sitting on the enclosed back porch! The outdoor shower was lovely! There was a guest book that included anything we needed to know about the property and everything under the sun that we could see or do in the area. Both the host and the property manager were very communicative and we felt welcome! Thanks for letting us stay!

First and foremost, if you're reading this review you should know that Annette will email you after your visit, with a quid-pro-quo style review request; offering you a 5 star review, but only if you leave one first. Secondly, she as well as the owner will offer you to re rent privately in the future, which is a violation of VRBO policies. The property fit our needs decently well. However, Anette, the person who played the property manager role in leasing the home, was overbearing. Annette's over the top communication style which, often times, included full caps lock, bold and underlined fonts was unprofessional.Communication was too much for us - before, during and after. We just wanted to be on vacation. Instead it was nearly a text or call every day asking if we checked in, if the trash was taken this day or that day, etc. All that back and forth and yet the landscaper showed up unannounced. I understand the need for communication, but the check in instructions are emailed, posted and resent before check in. At some point it starts to feel like we're being parented rather than what we are - paying visitors. The lease process is a bit of a joke. First, you won't get the lease, yet you will be asked to pay the remaining sum. That's right; you're expected to pay in full before even reviewing a legally binding contract. Legally binding because no one is actually required to sign this contract. They just type names in a cursive font within a word document. Cont...

We felt the need to come ‘home’ to the island to reconnect with friends and the island we were missing…so we happened on this sweet Vineyard home! It’s nestled in a great neighborhood with easy access to the town of Vineyard Haven. The screened in porch off the kitchen is perfect for relaxing and the outdoor shower was a huge treat! The house has a funky vibe which we loved and there were some house essentials that allowed us a bit of time before having to hit the Stop and Shop. We already have our August/September getaway booked and are looking forward to returning to our happy place and this cute house!

We were in for a wedding. The house had everything we needed. The only thing I would change would be better seating in the living area. But otherwise everything was great!

Quaint cottage, secluded and peaceful giving it a Walden Pond vibe. It was clean and close to everything. The owner was so kind, he even called to inform us that we could check in early. The whole experience was seamless.

This was the most peaceful place! Lovely, joyful gardens, comfortable porch and outdoor seating, easily accessed outdoor shower off the porch. All tastefully decorated and appointed; bright and inviting. Walkable or rideable to town and the ferry. We only stayed a few days but hoping to return in the future. Excellent for a couple or a family.

Wonderful, quaint home with tons of Vineyard charm. Love how the place is walking distance to VH so it was easy and fun to grab a coffee and roll from Black Dog Cafe and then enjoy the boats in the harbor each day. Though close to town and easy to get around, the property is very private with a huge backyard amazing sun porch and outdoor space that made it very easy for relaxing. Thanks!

The property is very well appointed. The screen porch is probably the best feature as you can use it brain or shine. It’s an easy walk into Vineyard Haven, and an easy car ride to Edgar town and Oak Bluffs. The owner and property manager were very attentive and easy to deal with. We definitely will be coming back to stay here again.
