IN TOWN, ONLY 3 BLOCKS FROM LAKE MICHIGAN’S “STEARNS BEACH”!

I really liked this property. The beach was super close as was the downtown area. The dining room got a little cramped with large groups but overall was a great house.

Mark is a very responsive host. We tried the door code too many times and got locked out. I contacted him and he responded, sent a new code. The property is near everything!

Mark was quick to answer questions and the house was very clean and perfect for us. Highly recommend and would stay again when in Ludington

The house was as represented on the website. It was the perfect size for our family, and was very comfortable. Mark the owner was easy to communicate with. If you're considering this home, I'd recommend you book it.

The location was awesome! Within walking distance to downtown and the beach. Loved both the open and inclosed porches. Nice backyard with a grill and fire pit. Nice surprise to find bicycles and beach toys in the garage for renters use. Very clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very communicative and accommodating. He even called to clarify things with me directly to avoid misinterpretation. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of seating for our guests and the items available for use in the kitchen were plentiful. It was only a short walk to the beach, downtown, and the marina. We stayed 2 nights for a friend’s wedding, all of us from across the state. If we were to come to Ludington with a group again, we would choose this property hands down.

This was just right for our small family gathering. A couple blocks walk to both downtown & the shore. The house was spotless. We had camp fires in the backyard fire pit and a cookout on the grill. The sunroom was a nice warm spot when it got chilly. Hosts called and made sure we had everything we needed. Nice quiet street with friendly neighbors on our walks!

Great location to downtown Ludington and the beach. House has lots of great spaces to hang out, couches are super comfy and the porch and back yard were great as well. Enjoyed our trip very much, great neighborhood.

If you are looking for “fancy”, this isn’t it. But if you are looking for comfortable and a great location, close to downtown and quiet street, this definitely fits the bill. I slept really great here. The owner very thoughtfully provided fans in the bedrooms. We only used one bed out of the 5 available upstairs, but the bed my husband and I slept in was very comfortable and the fans helped us have a really restful night. The upstairs bathroom has a great design with lots of extra counter space for all your stuff and there was a whole cabinet full of towels if you needed them. This is a great property for a bigger group; there was plenty of seating in the living room. The owner provided great communication, the property was clean and just as pictured in a nice part of town. Speaking of the town….it’s adorable! They had petunias lining the curbs for miles and miles! It was gorgeous! And it appeared to me that most people took great pride in their homes which were well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Hydrangeas blooming like crazy everywhere! The Ludington State Park is not to be missed! It was the highlight of my trip! Walk the 2 miles to Big Sable if you can! The walk was amazing. We did half on the trail and half on the beach, there and back and the views do not disappoint! It’s a beautiful lighthouse as well!

This property was everything that was described on the listing. Very clean, lots to do and within walking distance to everything. We had a great time.

We had a nice time there. The house is very nice. We hung out after an exhausting day in the living room and relaxed. Very comfy sofas. Everyone slelp well in the bedrooms. Mark, the host, responded to my questions quickly. I would recommend staying. The neighborhood was also cute and a great area to go for a walk.

Had a wonderful time. The property was well appointed with towels, dishes and everything we needed. The location close to Stearns Beach was very convenient. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we're sorry to go, and hopeful to come back in the future. The only complaint was that the trip wasn't longer - the best kind of vacation. Also, communication with the host was extremely good!

The house was spotless and in a terrific location on a quiet street walking distance to Lake Michigan and to restaurants.

Pretty place however the living room was quite dark for us. We were short on washcloths and had only had two hand towels. I found somethem in the dryer.

Great location and stay! House isn’t very toddler proof but there’s so much to do outside of the house that we almost forgot! Everything was very clean and spacious. Beautiful home! Mark was great to communicate with. We ended up breaking a patio chair on accident and he was very understanding. Great host with great communication!

Everything went very well. Nice spacious home and easy access to downtown. Neighbors are wonderful and even offered us elephant ears as they were testing a new fryer. Host was attentive and made it a very easy experience for the first time trying this. Will definitely visit again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Having a separate gaming area was nice with two sons who game. The foosball table battles were epic! The living room is very nice sized. The house definitely has room for people to spread out! Between the front porch, enclosed & not, back yard, large living room, dinning room, 3 bedrooms & the basement love it! Having two bathrooms is a real perk! We enjoyed the bath as well. Thinking of families with young kids & beach days is t would really come in handy. We look forward to returning!!!

We loved this house. Mark is so kind and easy to communicate with. The neighbors are great. We were here during a winter storm and one of the neighbors kept the sidewalk and walkway cleared which was very appreciated. Unfortunately our visit to Ludington was under not so great circumstances and we were in and out often, we were so grateful to come back and relax in a cozy home. We highly recommend!

It was a very cold off season stay, but the house met the match. We enjoyed the period details (early 1900's) along with the modern updates. Handy to have streaming available with large TV (no beach or swimming that time of year). Matt was responsive to us from start to finish.

Could use a few bathroom handle bars and towel racks.

It was a very nice crisp October week. Some of the stores in town are only open a few days a week. The property was absolutely awesome and so was the owner of the property who was so helpful with things to do and the amenities on his property. Will hopefully get a chance to stay again

House ended up getting super warm and had an extra bed in the basement.

This house was close to fun downtown shops and restaurants. It was also a five minute drive from Stix and close to some beautiful Lake Michigan beaches. The house itself was stocked with everything you would want while away from home, the backyard was roomy and perfect to hang out and have coffee while the kids ran around and played. The front porch and living spaces were cozy. Everything was clean and we can’t wait to book with Mark again! He was a lovely host and had great recommendations for the area 😊

Very charming house, very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Everything worked as it should. Back yard was very nice and enjoyable, we even had some deer walk through. Communication with manager was excellent, he went above and beyond.

This place was great. It's a very cute house, in a very cute neighborhood. You can't really tell from the listing, but the backyard is also really nice -- we spent a lot of time hanging out back there. Mark was also very attentive and helpful (thank you!). We're hoping we'll be able to make it back here most every summer.

The house is beautiful, very comfortable! The front porch and framed in portion of front porch were so comfy inviting. Mark was absolutely fabulous with communication and ease of check in process. Always available and response times were very quick! The house is on a very quiet street which is so nice in the morning and evening after a long day around crowds. Very walkable to beach and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!!
