It is a five-minute drive to downtown making dining out a breeze. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a tremendous night's sleep. One bedroom and one full bath is on the ground floor with only one step to enter, making it easier for those with mobility challenges. This property is permitted for six total occupants (regardless of age) and three vehicles. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, no events, and no commercial photography or filming allowed.

Do you plan to explore Purgatory Resort, Mesa Verde, or Trimble Hot Springs Easy access to Highway 550 will speed you on your adventures. Durango is well known for its many hiking and biking trails, the closest of which is a mere four-minute bike ride away.     House was great, all the comforts of home. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Close to downtown, food, shops and surrounding places to visit. A great home base for what we wanted to see and do.
