In Loctudy, splendid villa 300 meters from the beach, 4 spacious bedrooms.

The property was as advertised, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and leads onto the beautiful garden where you can pick your own strawberries if the magpies haven't got there first. The quiet sandy beach of Lodonnec is less than five minutes walk away. The owner of the property couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful and I have no reservations in recommending the house if you are after peace and quiet.

The property was just as described on the website, utterly beautiful! We visited in September, and were so very lucky with the weather. During our stay we thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the lovely, quiet, local beach, infact we often had the beach to ourselves! Annie, and her husband Philippe have clearly invested a lot of time, thought and love into their lovely property and made us feel very welcome. Thankyou! The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. A real home from home! We visited the Creperie, just 5 minutes walk away and enjoyed brunch and delicious coffee. There are lots lovely places to explore in the area and we would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. We would return...in a heartbeat!

This is a total gem! Set in a lovely rural location, very close to the sea - you really do feel you're getting away from it all. The house is extremely well-equipped, has a great garden & shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. As well as the local village of Loctudy there is also the beautiful, historic town of Pont l'Abbé nearby. A huge selection of lovely restaurants to choose from in Loctudy, Pont l'Abbé, and the nearby towns of Sainte Marine and Benodet. The lovely long sandy beach is just a short stroll away. The property was exactly as described on the web-site & very well-maintained and the owner is really lovely & was available to answer any questions. This truly is a home from home. We'll be back!
