The fully fenced 850 m² property has a 33 m² pool, a covered terrace with a dining table for al fresco dining, sun loungers and a brick barbecue. There is parking for two vehicles in the courtyard and a bicycle storage room. The beautiful holiday home with pool extends over a total of 168 m² on two fully air-conditioned floors. Groups of young people are not permitted.
