Impeccable Home with Private Pool in North Beach Resort & Villas - Only 150 Yards to Pools/Beach!

The location was great. The house, furniture & area rugs need a MAJOR DEEP CLEAN or replaced. House needs a lil TLCThe house pool, resort pools,& beach were a plus.Cleaning & Maintance did their best when we reached out to them. I would Not rent this house again. Over all we had a great time away.

Why no 5 star review you ask. The positives were everything in the house worked with two very frustrating exceptions. The front door key lock and the light switched in the small downstairs room. It was a real struggle to turn the key(s) to get the bolt to release. All it would have needed was some WD-40 sprayed in it to loosen it up. Not one of the light switches worked thus no lights to turn on. Check-in was easy which has always been the case. ____The negatives this the 4 star review all came down to cleanliness. All of the room fans had hanging dust on them thus why would we use them to have it fall down on us. All of the kitchen pans need replaced especially the “non-stick” ones which all were scratched. The real kicker was the kitching sink facet had black dirt/mold on the water side of them. Not just a little I mean you could (we had to) scrap it off. This was where we washed our dishes come on!

This house is beautiful and in a great location. Comfortable and classy with lots of spaces for gathering with my family. The maintenance crew responds quickly and adresses repairs/concerns right away. The private pool is an awesome perk as well. Our only complaints was the dishwasher full of dirty dishes we arrived to and the lack of an outside table to eat at.

We loved this place and was perfect for our party of 8. Clean, beautiful house in a secure neighborhood. Did not worry about kids walking to resort by themselves. Shuttle to pools and beach was very speedy.

WOW Factor!!!!!Let me just say this property was more than we expected for our girls trip. The location was awesome. Perfectly situated near dining and entertainment attractions. The beach was right next door as well as a private pool right on the property..Not to mention we had access to the larger public pool area... Beautiful property glad we found it we will com again

The house was great and we had a wonderful time. It does need new carpet or would do better with vinyl plank since it gets so much use. The cleaning crew needs to take more time and make sure they get the used grounds out of the multiple coffee makers. No dish detergent for the dishwasher. We brought our own. Patio door over looking the driveway doesn't lock easily. Master upstairs was really dirty. Again this is the cleaning crew. It may need a few areas updated to keep up with other rentals in the area.

We really enjoyed the house and the stay

The 6 (multi generation) of us really enjoyed our stay. Check in was quick and simple. We had a minor issue at the house and contacted maintenance and they came immediately and were friendly and efficient . The house was very clean and well taken care of. Looked exactly like the photos. Access to the heated pools and the beach was a very pleasant plus as it was cool and windy while we were there. We all agreed we would definitely come again after our pleasant stay

This was a great location with a short walk to the beach if you didn’t want to ride the shuttle. Tons of things to do in the area.

My family and I stayed at this resort over spring break. The home is beautifully decorated, functional, and clean. Check-in and check-out are easy. Lots of amenities from the private pool, to the resort itself which offers multiple pools, a gym, dining options, a lazy river, and other things for the family to do. Another nice touch is the complimentary shuttle. N. Myrtle Beach is booming with activities for all ages. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property in an impeccable neighborhood. Close to the beach and many restaurants and other attractions. Wonderful girls weekend!!

The check in process was smooth as we arrived after hours. However we were sad to find the home in need of a deep cleaning. Stove had leftover food inside it, stove top was still full of grease. The area rugs are dirty, the chairs in the dining room full of stains. In the bedrooms the pillow cases don't cover the pillows and the bathroom sinks had hair in them, the underneath the cabinets are filthy. Outside we were sad to find the cushions in the screened in porch moldy and unusable. They came and cleaned the grill but the backyard had garbage in the yard. While we still did all we wanted in Mrytle we we're disappointed with the home.

This house was very nice and clean and comfortable.

Stayed at this address before! Love the house! But there were things at the house that should have been addressed before we showed up to start our vacation. The fire pit didn't work! The pool area we spent 2hrs cleaning and the grill was absolutely nasty, with no grill brush to clean. Broken dresser draw and toilet paper holder! And though most of the issues were resolved after a text to the office. I believe that these problems should have been corrected before we arrived! Put a small damper on our enthusiasm at first, but after the first day great vacation!

Beautiful house. Plenty of room. Loved the screened porch. Loved the pool. House was clean. Liked the half bath upstairs. Suggest more large Pyrex cooking dish. Could not figure out how to operate TVs in the bedrooms. House was farther than I thought from pool area. Overall great place to stay.

Graet home and better location.

This beautiful beach home was spacious and conveniently located near shopping and beaches. The private pool was an added plus! I love how the owners ensured we had luxurious towels and bedding too. Will definitely stay again!
