Immense Family Sized Home w/ Pool, Home Office, and Putting Green!

The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Water pressure was great in the showers and we never ran out of hot water. We appreciated having the basic supplies and seasonings already at the home. Eric was quick to respond to questions and allowed us to arrive early which we appreciated. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

We stayed here while visiting family. The house was huge and perfect. My son loved the putting green

This house was fantastic- very well appointed and a great layout! The communication with Eric was terrific and he made everything very easy. There’s a beautiful pool and little putting green- the house is very close to gas stations, Walgreens, groceries and McDonald’s. It’s about 40 min to the PHX airport. The beds are super comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfectly sized 3/2 with a beautiful pool and putting green. The host is great at communicating, had simple check in and check out procedures and a well stocked home. We enjoyed the board games, morning and evening swims, and the office made it easy to work remotely.

Very comfortable home for our vacation. Pool was a really nice bonus. Great location, not far from golf, restaurants, shopping, etc. Eric was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our 8 night stay in Gilbert. The home was so comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We loved relaxing by the pool and playing on the putting green. Eric was available in case we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Phoenix area.

Eric was a fabulous host & so easy to reach! He let us know in advance about some construction and was readily available to answer all our questions. The house was great - exactly what we wanted. Perfect location too! If we need a place to stay in the future, I know where we will be at!

Clean and beautiful home. Pool was great!

The home was absolutely beautiful. It is very nicely decorated and everything was really clean. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

A family member was receiving her nurse’s graduation pinning. It was also our great nephew’s 5th birthday. Eric’s home was in the perfect location close to other family members who lived in the Gilbert area. The house had plenty of room and extra sleeping area for our nephew. This home had everything we needed for our stay. The grocery store was just around the corner from this house. The kids had a great time in the pool and also loved the putting green. Good space for 2 co-workers on a week long trip. Pool helped cool us down in the August heat.

We needed a place for 10 days while our home was undergoing some refreshing and this home was the perfect spot! A nice size, the pool was lovely , the kitchen well equipped and the beds comfortable. The host was most accommodating and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this gem!

The house was nice, clean, up to date. Great neighborhood. Kids basically lived in the pool! Perfect for our trip to Phoenix for a basketball tournament. Would definitely stay here again! And the host was very attentive and kind. Happy we stayed here!

Our stay for a high school graduation was terrific. Eric is the best-an attentive owner who maintains communication from start to finish of our stay from the point of reservation to checkout. Enjoyed the comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood.
