Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at 22 Porter Lane before. It’s a pleasant, bright house which is close to West Dennis beach. We enjoy walking in the neighborhood and viewing the Bass river close by.The downstairs is comfortable with the a/c, but the upstairs is hard to cool down. 2 fans were supplied, but only 1 worked.The house is well cared for and clean.

Easy walk to the beach. The house is fully equipped and has a nice layout. The second floor is extremely hot - feels like an attic. There is central air conditioning, but it just doesn't cool the second floor down to a comfortable level. The mattresses could use to be updated. All in all it was a great second summer in this house and we look forward to another summer there.

House fully equipped with everything for a great stay. A few things that could have made for an even better stay: The 2nd floor was a bit hot - the AC did not do a great job cooling it off (we do like a cold house). The twin beds in one of the bedrooms a bit short for my 14 year old son. The management company was excellent. We will be renting the same house again next summer!
