Immaculate Dog-Friendly Home with Private Hot Tub, Billiards, 2 Jacuzzi Tubs

Great place to use as a base for exploring Lake Tahoe area. There are only four bedrooms and one TV room with pull out couch. Only complaint was there was a woodpecker that had drilled a hole through the wood exterior wall and was living between the outside and inside walls. During the day it would sometimes pound away at the walls which was quite annoying.

The house was absolutely amazing! Great location! Host was very responsive, and even offered a late check out option. Stocked with basics. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!

We booked this house for a family reunion and it was the perfect space for us. Everyone had their own space and there was never an issue with waiting for bathrooms. We had 10 adults and 2 kids staying. Location was pretty close to everything you'd need (especially the casinos if you're into gambling). Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! It was extremely spacious, which was perfect for our family to spread out and relax. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—kitchen essentials, extra blankets, towels, and even games for the kids. It was clean, cozy, and clearly well cared for. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with family or a group!

We had a group of 10 adults for a late-season trip to Heavenly. This place is absolutely PERFECT for that. We enjoyed the soaker tub, hot tub outside, all the great amenities, and the spaciousness and rustic-yet-modern feel of this property. Some features that we loved include: a VERY well stocked kitchen (there are a few essentials, but just about every pan/pot/utensil/knife you could need), and the integrated audio system (made for some great background music in the mornings and a lot of fun for singing along and hanging out after the slopes). The ping pong table made for some fun games and we even found a few board games and a deck of cards. The garage and driveway houses four cars comfortably (we had a rental Expedition that fit in the garage no problem) and was a good place to stash gear. The fireplace was also great for drying out gloves and accessories from the day. All in all, perfect experience for a ski-vacation and less than 10 minutes from the California and Gondola bases at Heavenly. If you have a pretty big group or family, DEFINITELY rent this property!

We had a wonderful time in your house. Its in a great location for acces to Heavenly and the house was great. Only issues we had:Didn't find the dishsoap, sponge til we were leaving so washing dishes was challenging. They should have been located under the sink or at least near the sink. We couldn't find sheets for the hide-a-bed and the hot tub could have been warmer. Also we wanted a late checkout and didn't realize there was a cutoff time as to when you could arrange that. I would have been nice to know.

Spot was close to everywhere. Very affordable and spacious. Had everything we needed.

House was clean and roomy with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms. About 8-minute drive to Heavenly ski resort and 12-minute drive to stateline. Pool table was covered by ping pong top and the ping pong equipment was old and in bad condition. We didn't want to try to move the ping pong top so we didn't use it. Hot tub didn't stay very hot once the jets starting circulating. Gas BBQ was functional but very dirty (we left it way cleaner than we found it). The driveway looks much longer in the photo than it is; definitely 2-car maximum. It is nice to have the additional 2 inside garage spots, especially in the winter!

We stayed at this house for 5 days over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. We were two families with kids ranging from 12 to 21 and two dogs. There was ample space for everyone to spread out, a pool table for the kids and adults, a fantastic kitchen for cooking that was well stocked with equipment. The fireplace was lovely for sitting and watching movies together and the hot tub was wonderful for soaking at night. Also, the proximity was perfect - less than 10 mins drive to Heavenly, and all the action of South Lake Tahoe. We couldn’t have asked for more! We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of space with great amenities. Gorgeous details in this home. Although there are two spaces for to visit with your family, the main floor could use seating for more than for 5. There is nothing more that I would change about this house. Very comfortable and extremely clean.

The house is great! Very roomy and comfortable, had everything we needed.

We loved the home. It was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only thing we were missing were fans. The week we went to Tahoe was very warm and the home was hot without fans to move the air. Ceiling fans would make a huge difference.

We enjoyed the billards and hot tub, as well as, 4 bathrooms.

This home was perfect for a family gathering, kitchen was stocked perfectly, beds/linens were wonderful, spent the majority of time on the back deck.

I recently stayed at this wonderful home for 5 days with friends and family, and we had a fantastic time. The house was very clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to visit. One of the highlights was the spacious yard, which was perfect for our dog to run around and play. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would love to come back in the future. Highly recommended!
