Quietly positioned in a desirable cul-de-sac setting amongst high-quality homes, the coastal retreat is designed for the perfect holiday and year-round entertaining.
A large open area under a high vaulted ceiling accommodates the kitchen, dining, and lounge and extends effortlessly onto a shaded alfresco area, enhancing the property's sense of space and light. In addition, the oversized master bedroom has a lavish ensuite (with a corner spa) and, second living which is perfect for the kids to relax after a long day at the beach and is easily access the terrace through glazed sliding doors. Three further bedrooms with built-in robes, powder room, and family bathroom/semi ensuite cater for children and guests who like to stay. Additional inclusions; hardwood floors, Coonara wood heater, ducted heating, air-conditioning, 6-person outdoor spa with gazebo, and limestone terrace.

This was the reason we rented the home and we would have appreciated if it was warm when we arrived as we only had the home for 2 nights. Would have been nice if we were told it took so long to heat or maybe offered to have the option of it already being heated when we arrived. Could not fault service of your office and appreciated prompt refund of bond thank you T
