Immaculate, 3 bedroom, 2 bath Close to Siesta Beach, with HEATED POOL

Beautiful home, very clean and spacious. Thought the experience was fantastic. Was disappointed that we had to pay a pretty large fee to change our reservation dates by one day due to a family personal issue that could not be avoided. Perhaps if this was communicated better it would not have been such a shock.

Tina’s home was great, a wealth of amenities and the pool was lovely. She also was very responsive to all my questions or concerns. Excellent communication!! Thanks

We LOVED LOVED LOVED this place! Was perfect for our group! Bedrooms are nice size, beds comfy, kitchen full of amenities, washer/dryer, and amazing backyard with pool. We will be back! Our host, Tina, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Tina was extremely nice and very thorough with communications and check in process. She was very responsive to text messages regarding minor issue/questions about the house.The house was very clean and plenty of towels, kitchen ware and basic necessities. Little extras like; wine, fruit, coffee, creamer, paper plates were very nice and not expected.The location was perfect for us due to family building a house nearby and other family VRBO locations. Restaurants, stores and access to I75 very convenient as well.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. The pool was immaculate and the house was very clean inside and out. The host were also kind and went above and beyond with the customer experience. You will not be disappointed!

We had an amazing week at this house! The owners were so friendly, accommodating and even allowed us to do a late check out due to our travel arrangements!The outdoor pool area was fabulous and so pretty with lovely landscaping! We had a hard time leaving to explore around Sarasota which we also loved! The house itself was also very nice, clean and well laid out! We would stay here again if we came back to Sarasota!

We loved everything here! Clean, organized, adequate space and comfortable. Our family of 5 decided to travel from Ohio for our Christmas vacation. Tina and Robert were quick to reply and kindly welcomed us when we first arrived. The pool and backyard seating is ideal. Anyone planning a visit here is sure to leave happy!

Great Host!

This was my second time staying at this property and it will not be my last! Well worth every penny for the location. Access to grocery stores nearby, malls that are minutes away and the downtown siesta key area is a 10 minute drive.

I don’t know where to begin. Tina and Robert were fantastic! We drove down from Missouri through the start of Hurricane Debby and they went out of their way to send links for road/driving conditions and the track of the storm. We arrived in the early morning hours, stayed in an hotel then spent the day driving around checking out how town had changed since our last visit. We arrived over an hour before check in and they had no problem meeting us early to let us in. The home is fantastic. We felt right at home and we all loved the pool! The house is stocked with Everything you would have at home but food and personal hygiene items. They supplied sunscreen, aloe Vera, towels, beach toys, and pool toys.If you are a reader, they have a wonderful selection of books for you to enjoy while you visit. This house has it all and the owners are very friendly and take great pride in this property. We will stay here again the next time we visit! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this for the week!

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and being in remission!! When I say this house exceeded my expectations for cleanliness don’t do this home justice !! It was immaculate and perfect for me and my friends !! Great way to spend vacay at the pool all day relaxing and have ALL the amenities of home. Plenty of shopping and things to Idk in the area. If I could give this house a 10 I deff would !!

It is an amazing place!! Has everything you need to spend summer vacation with your family. Tina and Robert were absolutely wonderful hosts Definitely, we will come back again.

If we were allowed to give more than five stars we would. Location was perfect. The inside was very comfortable and the outside with the large pool, gave us a great way to begin and end every day. Everything was thought of by the hosts. We would definitely book again on our next stay in Sarasota.
