Stayed Jan 30, 2022Wonderful home, excellent location. The home itself is relatively spacious, furniture and appliances are in new/excellent condition, bathroom and kitchen fully stocked. Location is quiet and homey and is a short walk from the waterway which was super fun. Jeff was super communicative and hospitable. We had a problem moving in which he very quickly resolved. Will definitely come again if we’re ever in the neighborhood!

Stayed Jul 16, 2025We had a very nice three-week stay. Close to multiple stores, a nice neighborhood for walking in the evening, and plenty of space inside the house. The communication from the owners was also excellent.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024We had a fantastic stay at this house! It is more spacious then it looks and it is VERY well stocked from the towels, to kitchen to bedding. It is an older property but you will feel right at home. And you can not beat the location!!! We had absolutely NO issues and didn't have to contact the owner once during our 7 night stay.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024We really enjoyed staying here. Clean and spacious. Our group of four (and our small dog) stayed for 2 weeks. Having 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms was really nice. The screened patio is great. Nice to be able to enjoy the outside in the shade, protected from rain and bugs. The outdoor shower was a nice surprise, and some of us used it exclusively. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in working order. The washer and dryer works well and is convenient. Good parking in the side driveway for 2 cars. The location is close to Phil Foster Park and to the shuttle to Peanut Island. A short drive to West Palm Beach. Staying at the Boat House is a good value and we recommend it.
