The house was very clean and well equipped. It fulfilled all of our requirements.

We had such a wonderful time at the vacation house! Val answered all our questions and even recommended a few awesome places to see! Would definitely recommend this rental!

We were back for our 2nd year in a row and were just as pleased with this property this year as last. Location is great for short travels to your destinations and close enough to the grocery store or farm stand to grab a few things! Everything was stocked and clean. We had a great, hot week here and can’t wait to return once again next year!

We loved this house! Private location but close to everything. Very comfortable and clean. So many amenities, like the beach chairs, beach towels, and firewood. Our family sat by the fire pit every night and loved the ping pong table. Highly recommend!

Place was very clean and well appointed, the primary bed was uncomfortable for us, but bedding was nice. Loved that it was spacious and the game room was great to have along with the fire pit. Hosts were very responsive and very nice.

Host was great with communication! The accomodations and the house were amazing! The location of the house was 30mins away in any direction/attraction that you wanted to see, but it was in a private location. When we arrived it was stocked with what we needed, we ended up leaving some more stuff for the next people! Very happy with our stay and will be back!

This property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. So comfortable it felt like home! Prime location and tucked away in the privacy of the woods!

This was our first time at this property and it was great! The location was perfect for all of our “to-do’s” in the surrounding areas. All within a short 10-15 minute drive. The sleeping arrangements worked well for 5 adults and 2 children. The house was stocked with all that we needed. The fire pit down back is great! And the deck with the grill was great bonus as well! Communication with the hosts was very responsive when needed. We are all ready to return for our vacation next year

This was a great property. Very secluded you had a lot of privacy but only 10 minutes to Kennebunkport and the beach. Plenty of room for the family. Enjoyed the firepit, deck and the game room. Great amenities, would definitely come back.

This is the 2nd time our family has stayed at this property! We had a great week both times. The ping pong table was once again a big hit! There was a shortage of paper towels/toilet paper but we picked some up in our travels so not a big deal. Hope to be back again soon!! Thank you Val and Paul!

Very quiet, perfect for a family stay!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time in the basement playing ping pong, having s’mores by the fire and watching movies in the comfy living room. The kitchen also had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Everyone in the family, from my mom to my daughter and niece, enjoyed the house. It is in a great location - quiet and private but it does not take long to get to places. There was plenty of room for us to eat, play, and relax. We really enjoyed the fire pit. The hosts responded quickly to any questions and concerns. One criticism. The house can handle nine people, but the way they describe the bedrooms is a little off. The double futon in the office bedroom is not big enough for two adults - maybe two children, but not two adults. The bedroom with the bunk beds can have four people in it - the top bunk, the bottom part is a double bed, and there is a trundle bed. However, it is rather small for that amount of people. The kitchen area is nice and there is a nice deck area with a grill. The living room is big and the play room downstairs is good sized (we had fun playing ping pong!). In spite of some sleeping arrangements that were not ideal, the house served our family of nine adults well. If you are looking for a quiet space that is not to far from things to do, this is the vacation rental for you.

This the second time we have stayed at this property. We had such a great time and were so impressed with the accomodations that we had to return. The house is perfect for a family vacation. Kitchen is well equipped, backyard has a fire pit great for s'mores. House has updated bathrooms , bedrooms are great sized with beds that are actually comfortable. I highly recommend this house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to beach, town, restaurants and highways.

This house is on a private lane in the woods between Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and all the furniture and bathrooms, etc. seem new. We used it as a home base to attend a family wedding at Hidden Pond.
