Beach Oasis 253. Our house is lovingly furnished with everything your heart desires.

Costs for electricity (0.40 € per kWh), gas (0.98 € per cubic meter) and water (7.50 € per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
150, - € Rental deposit is payable in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.
A pet is available for a surcharge.

Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
If you sit in our bright, light-flooded gallery, you have a wonderful view of the pine forest. Our house has two cozy bedrooms with double beds and a supplementary sleeping possibility for 2 people in a niche on the gallery. On the lower floor you will find a large wellness bath with sauna and whirlpool. In the colder season ensures a floor heating for a cozy climate. A fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with dining area provide further comfort. In summer you can relax on our large terrace and relax in the beach chair. In winter, in addition to the underfloor heating in the living room provides a fireplace for cozy warmth. Our house is worth a trip in every season!
