This house is adorable. This was our third time here. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and the kitchen is well stocked with the supplies one might need.

Perfect for what we needed, wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at the home on Linwood Lane. It was very clean and furnished with nice features. We walked around the neighborhood and got to hear the sound of cicadas in all of the trees everywhere. We’ll definitely recommend the home to other people. A definite plus over a regular hotel room.

It was a great cozy place to stay, I proposed to my girlfriend on our trip to the Wild Animal Safari so having a clean and great place to stay was amazing. Thank you.

Cute little cottage. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful Sunroom. Convenient to most of Springfield. Nicely appointed kitchen. A few minor things . . . toaster didn't work, and the shower head was installed very low. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

We've stayed here 3 times now, as it is convenient to our family reunions. Everything is very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. The sunporch is our favorite spot to have morning coffee. The floors are squeaky, but hey, it's an old house (with charm).

The house was just as pictured. Very clean, in a quiet area, close to all the things we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice having a washer and dryer. The kitchen has most of the basics. We were very happy with our stay.

From the mail box the weeds and poison oak in the rough yard then the awning!!! All turned my stomach before I got inside. Remodel was nice but no tv in bedroom. Floors cracked and popped. No water pressure in the bathroom sink. I would rather stayed in hotel. The smell of the house was the smell of old house with age, I have asthma and it was hard for me to breathe. We wanted to go outside on the deck but the yard had not been cut. We can home one day early. Would not rent this place again.

Two bed, one bath and a nice living area were all I needed close to where I needed to be. It was perfect.

The home was very cheerful, comfortable and clean and also conveniently located. Perfect for our weekend getaway. We would definitely come back for another stay.

This gem has two huge bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. My sister and I have come here twice now to do crafts over spring break, dine out, shop, etc. It's a great location in a sedate neighborhood with mature trees. We love it!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The home is very clean and charming. The beds are super comfortable. This home is only two bedroom but there is lots of kitchen and living space, ascreened in porch and a basement. The host really thought of everything…there was plenty of extras, like dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The location was great, quiet neighborhood but also walking distance to a park.

This is a well maintained older home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to main roads in town and 5 minutes from Bass Pro store and museums. Can get to highways etc for 45 minute drive to Branson. Would recommend for anyone going to stay in Springfield.

The home was generally lovely. The usual issues with old mattresses and dull kitchen knives were there but that’s pretty par for the course on VRBOs. Overall it has a nice setup and was clean and appointed. The neighborhood is terrific.Two issues. Check in and fireplace.We were supposed to get an email before check-in. The email was sent from a random address. It was not the address that we thought we would get it from. We searched and searched and could not find it. This is an evolve managed property, so we had to go through multiple layers of humans to find it. You have VRBO, then evolve, then a local host, then a delegate of the local host. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except that we had to wait a couple hours to get into the property when we expected to be in there.. this is after a 12 Hour drive from Texas. Made for a stressful start.The second issue was the fireplace. And normally we wouldn’t care too much about this except that it was advertise as an amenity, and we selected the place in part because of the fireplace. We stayed over Christmas and we’re looking forward to the nice fire. It’s a small thing, but it was a part of the reason we chose the property. Now it’s one thing if it’s broken temporarily.this advertised amenity we found out halfway through our stay was not even hooked up. I think that’s kind of sorry.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this property, but I would ask them to remove the fireplace as an amenity and I would get the code early.

this house as most reviews noted was really fantastic. rather than just saying great I'll note a few specifics. Great communication, special thanks w our on site contact. Cleanliness was great. The house has a comfy cottage look but looks very much professionally designed. No details forgotten on all basics. plenty of closet storage. the bath is small. I would say a few more towel hooks if 4 people stay but there were just 2 of us. I would say since it is a one bath and upgrade to the toilet would be worthwhile . it was functional but not a high power flush if many people share . we cooked many meals and kitchen was fine w variety of cookware and bowls. Table cloth provided. USB outlets bedside in one room. lots of good lighting w lamps . Street has a few really nice cared for homes and a few sorta neglected . the hedge in front is very nice and large lot feels very quiet and private. look to listing for current or change but this was our experience in Aug 24

This was our second stay at this property and we found it as well stocked and easy to access as the first time. The 3-season screened in patio was our favorite room! Communication was excellent with the rental agency and the local contact as well. We had a smoke detector chirping from a low battery and it was replaced in less than 3 hours. Great service! The location is central to Springfield and was perfect for our needs. The street is a quiet one as are the neighbors, but be aware that the beautiful wood floors and doors are squeaky.
