Stayed Dec 1, 2024As my title reflects this was a business trip. I was having to be in Sarasota for 3 weeks for work with the sheriff's office , so I decided to bring my dogs and drive down instead of flying. I wanted the comforts of home without the noise of a hotel and the freedom of letting my dogs run without being tied to a leash. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and half the fence was missing, and the other half leaning on a cable/phone line! Which eventually blew down. Granted with the hurricane, damage was everywhere and I heard fence repairs were expensive because of high demand, but it should have been noted in the ad. The house was beautiful and close to everything but geared toward people who were gone most of the day.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing ! The location couldn't be better – close to the beach and restaurants. The house itself is beautifully decorated and feels like home.Everything is thoughtfully provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable furnishings. The beach chairs and umbrellas made our beach days easy, and the board games were great fun in the evenings.This place has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It is very well equipped. However, the backyard was overgrown and there were mosquitos everywhere.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We came to the area to visit family and really enjoyed the house. Katia was very responsive and helpful. The AC wasn’t working properly and she sent someone immediately to fix it (on a Friday night). The beds are very comfortable and there is everything you need for the beach—including a wagon to haul it all. We came in June so, unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the patio outside because it was so hot, but it is a great outdoor space. We will definitely come back!

Stayed Jun 4, 2024This property has a lot of potential for a comfortable get away. First change where those security cameras are facing, people like their privacy. Second, get the house fumigation tenting, you have a major termite infestation, little creatures flying all around the house, dead bodies all over and the wings! The wings are in the cabinets, on the plates and glasses, all over the counters, tables, windowsills and baseboards. Third leave instructions for the new guest on how your smart lock functions. We had to look up online how to lock the door from the outside (hint: You have to press and hold the hashtag button # until it locks. Fourth, $$$$ cleaning fee and $$ damage protection fee are you F..king kidding me, The cost of our stay was cheaper than the total of your fees... And communication from the management company Evolve is pathetic.
