Stayed Sep 14, 2025We came for golfing and shopping. This house was centralized to both. Quite neighborhood. House was exactly as pictured. Pool and hot tub nice for relaxing at end of day. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Spring break for my college student and a friend. Both are on their college golf team and looking forward to warmer weather to get some rounds in before the spring season begins- house was a perfect size/value and location for our needs. had all the necessities that most would need..Would definitely recommend this unit!

Stayed Nov 10, 2024Pros - the house was clean and all the basics were available - sheets, towels, pool towels, dishes, cookware etc. There was plenty of room, wifi, and parking. The hot tub was nice and worked well. The outdoor grilled worked. The location is great close to grocery store, golf and Pinehurst. Cons - The master bed was small for the room size and not very comfortable. Both couches (pullouts) in the living room were extremely uncomfortable. The owners had placed 2x6 boards and plywood under the cushions to prevent people from sinking into the couch. They were uncomfortable to the point of painful to sit on. The pool was unheated which we did not know until we arrived. This should be part of the information on the website. Overall basic, and the price was fair. I would not rent again, but if you are comfortable with the cons, then go ahead.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Pictures are a little misleading. Kitchen needs to be better stocked and cabinets replaced. Temperature control not equal throughout the home. Pool was amazing, except that it took 3 days for maintenance to take place after we called.

Stayed May 28, 2024This house couldn't have been more perfect for our family. It was very well appointed and provided everything that you could think of which was very much appreciated. The backyard fire pit, bbq, pool & hot tub was a dream for us. the location and privacy of this spacious home was everything as well. We will definitely rent this home on our next trip to Pinehurst!
