This is a beautiful property, we felt like we were in a treehouse with the wonderful view. It had everything we needed, even an extra fridge in the garage! We used the bbq most days which made cooking and cleanup easy. The location was great for all of the hikes in the area. We would love to stay here again!

This property was exceptional, the views are unexplainable, and the hot tub on deck was dreamlike. My husband and I are introverts and this was the perfect location! We spent a lot of time in the house. With that being said, accessing the property should be addressed. Neither of the coded door locks worked, leaving us to resort to a key, which also didn’t really work (getting stuck in door & having to have the perfect angles while trying to lock/unlock door). - Second thing that was negative was the cooking utensils lacked variety/quality, but the basics are there. - Third thing, coffee maker filters should either be supplied or at least labeled on maker for clients to buy (we had a mishap due to wrong coffee filters).- Lastly and probably most annoying is when we were packing up, an hour before checkout, a random man showed up, and started climbing on a ladder looking in gutters. This was very alarming because there are no blinds, so random man could see straight in. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. I really wanted to give 5 stars but the last negative that happened pulled it down :(

We were spoiled for choice in the region, but I'm glad we went with Greer's Outlook. Great location being so close to ONP, and close enough to Port Angeles for food delivery. Wifi/internet and cell service were all excellent. The house is fantastic and the views from outside and in are amazing. The property itself is very well maintained and we enjoyed taking short morning walks around the place while having our coffee. Witnessing dawn from this place is an event! We were lucky enough to have three straight days of clear skies and gorgeous sunrises. My only complaint: The door entry codes for the digital locks did not work. However, a short call with Vacasa's customer service had us inside once we located the physical key's lockbox. For less than most hotel rooms per night, we got a whole house to ourselves in total privacy, in a gorgeous location, and with more space than we needed.

Well we arrived at the property at 5:30-6pm and the house is exactly as pictured on the exterior ! .The code that was given to us that was on my check in email and app was wrong , it wouldn’t work at all . Then there was a key in the back that as locked but there was no code provided to open . It is raining outside and we just drove a ways : I had three kids 2,4, and 6 just standing outside with me .so I called Vacasa and sat on hold for a long time which the woman was very unkind and kept reading the numbers off while I was trying to type them into the keypad and the door lock is still the lock, obviously is broken and does not work. So she gave me the code for the lock in the back which worked. I use the same key to get into the back door and the lock is a nightmare to work with. I did exactly as I push in, but the lock keeps spinning in a circle. I went to put our groceries in the refrigerator and when you open the fridge, there is mold all in the seal on the left door then when I put stuff in the freezer section, it was very dirty . The hot tub had WAY TOO MUCH CHLORINE when I got in my skin was insanely itchy And eyes burning. The view and grounds 10/10 .other than that 5/10

The water view was gorgeous. Watching the clouds come down and rise was fascinating. A short drive from Port Angeles and Hurricane Ridge. The hikes to the falls was worth it...not matter how short or long

The view upon entering the house stopped me in my tracks. But getting to see the clouds come from over the mountains flowing down to cover the water, from the comfort of the hot tub, was just magical. Perfect view, comfiest bed, very clean! W I definitely hope to come back

Vacasa staff were very responsive upon check in. I was originally given the wrong key code but they promptly gave me the correct one. House was clean and very spacious. The hot tub was one of the nicer models. The view through the massive window and from the balcony was fantastic!

We stayed in this home last spring (2023), and we knew we wanted to return, so we did. Compared to our first stay (we were the first people to write in their guest book, so I assume it was a brand new rental at the time), the home seems just a little less cared for than we expected. For the most part, everything that was important to be clean was clean. However, several areas of the house showed a good amount of dust and you can just tell that the home hadn't been deep-cleaned in a while. Blankets had a lot of dog hair on them. Although it is a pet-friendly rental, I would hope for the blankets to be cleaned often to remove dog hair as much as possible for the next guests. Overall, we loved our second stay here. The small things that we could complain about are definitely not big enough issues for us to not return. It's quiet and has amazing views of the mountains and water. Rainy days are made so much more lovely when you have such a beautiful home and property to enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with nearly everything you could need and then some. Beds are all across the board...master bedroom is a very firm memory foam (king) and the two guest beds downstairs are a medium-firm memory foam on the right (queen) and much softer bed on the left with an egg crate memory foam topper (also a queen). I'm a combo sleeper, and feel like the only bed I would be comfortable in was the softer queen bed downstairs. The other two are way too firm for my back and side sleeping. Just thought I'd lay that out there since I find it helpful to know what the sleeping arrangements are like. We absolutely recommend staying here, and we will honestly probably be back for a third visit if the house is still being rented. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We could never get sick of the views here, rain or shine! The hot tub was a great bonus after hiking, and the whole place was well kept and comfy. We also appreciate all the extras provided, including the kitchen and all the labeling around the house to make everything convenient. Would stay again, thank you!
