Stayed Aug 4, 2025Great place to stay close to the University, the home is as pictured. If you are going to book here a few items to note: You may want to bring your own hair dryer the one provided is not in great condition, if you have more than 4 people staying with you, you will want a couple extra towels. The sofa bed is really comfortable, one to two people can fit on it. If you like coffee be sure to bring coffee filters. This home is well cared for and kept clean. The WiFi wa s great , I had to work some during our stay and it work well the whole time. We will for sure stay here again.

Stayed May 8, 2025Property exactly as pictured. Had everything needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Location was excellent for U of A activities. Arena just blocks away. Additional comfortable seating would have been helpful. Property manager very responsive.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024Clean home, very comfortable beds and pillows, lots of extra linens and towels provided, washer/dryer/detergent provided, new appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Pictures and description matched property exactly. Property manager was easy to contact, and responded kindly, politely, and quickly and resolved the small issues I had efficiently while respecting our privacy (for example, needing more dishwasher pods). Private parking right next to house is very convenient and safe. Neighborhood is well-lit and residential. Great experience overall!

Stayed Feb 22, 2024Property is very close to U of A where my daughter is a student. Easy walk to basketball arena and dorms. Was a bit loud at night to sleep as it’s right on the street. Listing says student housing behind the house but there were definitely other residents living there that were observing us coming and going … especially at night. Just be aware if this when you stay here. I do feel that the early check out of 10:00 am with Evolve properties is too early. The house is very nice inside with all amenities that you would need if you’re in to visit a student or attend one of the amazing sporting events ! Go Hogs!
