Stayed Dec 31, 2021Clean and well-maintained, large kitchen so great for cooks in the group. Screened in porch in the back overlooks an inlet while open porch in the front overlooks road and marsh. Very quiet neighborhood, at least this time of year. I would definitely stay here again

Stayed Sep 4, 2021This was an amazing property with a crab pot provided and some basics to cook. Plenty of activities around including the ability to ride bikes and fish the tideland creeks. The ocean is a short walk and a couple places to eat and drink around with the ability to walk home from too. Would definitely return!

Stayed Jun 15, 2019It’s a comfortable and lovely house. The largest criticism we had was the lack of working kitchen equipment and cleanliness of the pots, pans, and bowls. The Dieter Company staff are delightfully helpful and warm.
