Stayed Dec 22, 2024We went to Richmond as a meeting to meet all the family. The picture of the house online are brand new and the house has seen a lot of wear and tear. We had to ask for a plumber to come fix a bathroom toilet. We asked about the weather stripping on a door and mold on a shower curtain to be replaced. We got an Amazon package, and I guess the property owner assumed we should do this work. The property owner was responsive.We paid an extra person charge yet we had to wait sometimes hours to get hot water. Hot water would run out.The location is ok, great access to downtown.The front door to the house had a very bad door handle.You should have more than one television in a house, especially when you rent to 10-15 people.I wouldn’t recommend the house with these current issues and I would ask the homeowner to remedy these issues.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024Had everything we needed. One shower was a problem, did not get hot. Main door handle needs work, kept falling off. Multiple birds in the tree in the back covere the vehicles with droppings. Otherwise all good

Stayed Nov 1, 2024This place had everything we needed and was in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and we’d stay there again for sure! Neighbors were a bit loud at night but nothing a sound machine can’t block out.

Stayed May 8, 2024We had 3 generations under one roof for the VCU graduation. This home was close to campus, stores and restaurants. We had other family join us at the house to hang out together. The kitchen was a perfect spot for us all, the 2nd floor porch was great for views of the city. We had a great time staying there while we were in Richmond.
