Idlewild Inn ~ Lake Loveland

Another GREAT stay with Urbanize. The house has lots of room and plenty to do for everyone! My son-in-law was super excited to see the little putting green in the back yard and spent a lot of time using it. Urbanize has earned our business when traveling to Colorado!

We loved the location. It was in the high 90s most of the week so we were not outside as much as we wanted to be. So many things to do in the home and in the area we had a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Idlewild! Our family trip was truly made when we arrived and saw all of the accommodations - complete with outdoor activities for everyone. We drank coffee every morning on the deck, enjoyed the hot tub and made memories with our nightly meals! If anyone is in need of a very accommodating house for a larger group - do not hesitate to book this gem.

The house was awesome and spacious! We were in town attending a softball tournament for a week and this house was perfect spot to host a team dinner due to all the outdoor amenities this house offered. The location was great and made moving around town very easy. I highly recommend this for anyone needing a large home, if we return next year we will most definitely book this house again. The management company was very responsive to all of our questions. One of the things I like most about this house was that it was fully stocked with coffee and supplies, spices, cleaning products, paper products, detergent (both dish/laundry), lots of towels, and additional bedding, fans, and so much more. I’ve rented plenty of VRBO’s over the years and none of them came this stocked. That alone is a huge savings and benefit.

We travelled as a large family/friend group for my son’s wedding in Loveland. This property was centrally located to food, supplies, activities, everything. The property was clean with lots of activities for all ages. It was the perfect place to gather. It was also perfect for our brunch day as we all got ready for the ceremony. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Great house with cute retro feel. Awesome backyard with lots of entertaining activities for adults teenagers and kids. Lots of great driveway space for cars to be able to pull off busy road in front. Super amount of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a group

The upstairs would not cool below 83 degrees and never went below 72 degrees over night. The basement has no air condioning at all. The property manager did bring 4 window A/C units on our 4th day that controlled the house temperature. The property is fantastic outside of this. Nice open space and a great back yard. I wouldnt recommend visiting in the summer months.

Enough space for us to be comfortable in the house. We even had a family volleyball game! There aren’t screens on the windows so you are reliant on the HVAC unit which struggled on the hot nights and days. Hot tub was great.

The property was exactly as advertised. The weather was unusually hot during our week at this house. Temperatures from 95-105 were too much for the A/C unit to keep up. The property manager did as much as he could by providing portable a/c units and fans. However, the house heated up to an uncomfortable 80 most of the day. This is really the only complaint we had.

Pluses large backyard, plenty games, lake and parks nearby,bathrooms, fans in every bedroom, close to Sweetheart winery. Minuses traffic noise, AC only cools to 75 in 90 degree heat, Smart TV streaming only, need to be mindful of step down in living area. Overall pretty good spot for a large group

We have a lot of family from out of state and it was so wonderful that they could stay in the same house together instead of three different hotel rooms. The host was right on top of every request and message we sent and the house was beautiful and spacious with lots of fun activities for everyone. We will definitely utilize this convenience in the future
