This inviting Studio features an open-planlayout that seamlessly connects the spacious kitchen with ample storage, cozy living area, and dining space. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to two extra guests (please note, an additional charge may apply based on guest numbers selected).
Please note the studio unit is below the main house on the property. The owners live upstairs in the main unit.

There is no designated off-street parking space for this property. There is street parking located on Grahams Road itself - please take note of all signage posts when parking.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Please note that this home is conveniently located near the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

This house is a single level property. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs depending on the availability. There is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. Extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

    Excellent venue and location. Had everything we needed. Loved the friendly dog. Only issue was a lot of traffic noise but we normally live rural. Would definitely stay again

    Great location close to airport, city and shopping. Road noise not intrusive and unrestricted street parking plentiful. Comfortable and luxurious bed. Ensuite is small but functional. Lounge sitting is a sofa bed couch which I am not a fan of. Kitchen layout and equipment is very good.Host Paula is prompt in her replies. Recommended and I would stay again.

    The property was extremely nice and comfortable and is also kept very clean and well looked after.It had everything available to use including a washing/dryer combo which came in handy to have clean fresh towels Parking wasn’t an issue. Plenty of off street parking.We would definitely consider staying again on our next visit to Christchurch It’s the perfect place too stay
