Ideal House in Beautiful Gulf Front Gated Community

We had a great time at DeSoto Landing and the house was in a great location-- quick walk to the pool and beach. The pool was nice, but the beach was amazing-- very clean and not too crowded. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to have a nice 1-week stay. Would definitely stay here again! Pat was wonderful and very easy to communicate with.

This was my family's second time at this house and it was just as good as the first. We have stayed in five other houses in Desoto before we found this one. We were surprised when it was still available because I was a little late getting something booked. My lovely wife was looking at mountain trips, but then decided to head back to this beautiful island and this outstanding property. The house has copious amounts of room, and plenty of storage for whatever you bring. We cook something almost every night in the beautiful kitchen. Great screened in back deck, cozy front deck, and plenty of room underneath. Every thing in this house is impressive. Well, built, nicely decorated, high end appliances. We will be back for a third stay. Thanks to Pat and Kurt for being such wonderful hosts.

It was a wonderful experience! Perfect house! We can’t wait to stay again. Loved the beach so close. We walked 2 hours everyday. Great pool! The house was so clean and stocked with everything you need. It had all the beach supplies under the house which we enjoyed immensely. Looking forward to next time

We loved this spacious well appointed home. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware that we needed. There was a grill and beach supplies provided. We were a short walk from the pool and beach.

My family and I have been coming to Dauphin Island for a little over a decade now. Up to this point all of our vacations have been spent on the west end with beachfront access. At first, we were leery about the change, but as soon as we arrived to the gated community, we knew instantly we had made an awesome decision! Magnolia Court is the street where this home is located at and it is the street closest to the tennis courts, the swimming pool, and the boardwalk that takes you directly to the ocean. Hardly anyone was ever on the beach for the entire week. Very secluded & private! The house was perfect! As I stated earlier… We’ve stayed in a lot of homes and by far this was the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. We made a decision when we left that we will continue to try and book this house in the future every time we come to the island. My advice … book it now if you have already done so! :-)

Gorgeous house, looks just like the pictures. Beautiful decor, the owners have put a lot of time and thought into making this feel like home. Great location to the pool and beach with just a short walk. House has plenty of kitchen necessities for suppers in. We ate most of our meals there and enjoyed the screened in porch for evening conversations. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel on top of one another. Nice quite neighborhood. Any questions or issues were handled promptly by the owners and checkin was easy. If we come back to this area, would definitely stay here again. The house and location were wonderful with kids. Walking distance to the beach and the pool!

This house is a perfect place for a family/group of 5-6 people of all ages. It is located on the street in front of the main boardwalk to the beach, which is a plus. The house was VERY clean with all of the amenities. The booking and communication with the owners was hands down the best we have ever booked with!!! We have stayed at Dauphin Island 5 times and this will definitely be our 1st choice for our future visits. Bedrooms, plenty of towels, excellent restrooms/showers for every room, the large kitchen island was great, and the water/ice maker is probably one of the most overlooked “luxury” items when vacationing! Large charcoal grill was also a plus!

Our stay was wonderful. Communication with owners was great. Great location, easy walk to the beach and pool. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our family.
