Ideal house for families. Private heated swimming pool.

We stayed at the property for an Easter break with the wider family. We had young children with us that loved the pool, even in the rain. The house was lovely and clean. Rosa-Maria, the host, was outstanding in showing us what to do, and always checking that all was ok and if we want anything. Communication beforehand was great also. The location had great access into the mountains, the coast by car and has bars (for the great local cider) and restaurants in walking distance. There were also easy bus connections up to the lakes and Cangas de Onis for the market and supermarkets (even on Easter Sunday!). In our party there were 6 adults and 4 young children and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for all of us. The gas BBQ was a real treat, especially with the covered outdoor seating. The only problem I had was that the top floor has a sloping ceiling so I bumped my head a few times. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I miss it already.

Rosa is a great host! she brought us some lovely produce from her garden during our stay and told us where we could visit. The house was great, very comfortable and well equipped with loads of bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the BBQ and covered area was great. There are local places to eat that were good and that we could walk to. We enjoyed the lakes at Covadonga, it was busy though. Overall we had a great time.

We are a family of ten with a wide age range of children ( 1 year to 11 years) parents and grandparents. We all totally enjoyed our stay in Rosa’s house and would highly recommend a visit. Rosa and her husband were so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. The house was excellently prepared for our arrival, they provided delicious cakes made by their son and even got up at six in the morning to wish us all goodbye. Thank you again Rosa and family.

Very nice holiday house, excellent location to go to Lagos de Covadonga, Mirador de Fito, or even Angliru or Gamoniteiro. Plenty of restaurants nearby, walking distance or 3km to the lively Cangas de Onis. Great garden, gas barbecue, terrace and swimming pool.

This is lovely house just outside of Cangas de Onis. There is plenty of space and the house is very well equipped - the star attraction being the lovely garden and pool which was really warm. We spent a week here, 4 adults and 3 children and we were very well catered for throughout. Rosa is a wonderful host, we look forward to returning soon!
