I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The location was great. An easy/close walk to the beach. The pool isn't large but was perfect way for us to start or end our days. This was a great place for us. Palmetto Dunes is beautiful and has a lot to offer. We rode our bikes everyday. Stopped bye The General Store daily. I would recommend staying here. Thanks, John

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this place without looking at it first but for the price i assumed it was nice. It was not nice, needs urgent updating everywhere. Bathrooms need improvements, poor water pressure, pots and pans, silverware and everything else needs to be thrown out and replaced, etc...

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Pool was nice but bugs and leaves are a minor issue. Needs a serious update…paint, better lighting in the rooms, maybe new ceiling fans with lights, better furniture. The furniture in the family room is not the same I’m the picture. It is just a bunch of oversized seats pushed together so lying on it is a bit of a challenge, a few sofas would be much better. Extra refrigerator in the garage was great. Kitchen was very nice too. The location is very convenient to get to the bridge…10 min or less to the beach. Overall we enjoyed it, but with some updates it would be really nice. Good value for the money.
