I would have given this 3 1/2 stars. While the location is excellent and has one of the best views in Sandpiper they have restrictions on the air conditioning to not put below 76 degrees. I agree that setting is fine during the day but it’s not cool enough on hot nights and the standing fans in the bedrooms don’t do enough. Sheets and towels really need a refresh as many were thread bare and the property management company was disappointing. They answer the phone quickly and were very pleasant but then the ball got dropped. The keyless entry failed and they changed the code but told me that they couldn’t see the new code and I would have to wait to receive an email and because that would take several minutes they could not stay on the line with I would need to call back if I had any further problems. No email ever arrived and when I called back 25 minutes later after standing outside in 90 degrees this representative could see the code and provided it to me. So why was I made to stand outside and wait the first time? The second instance was a broken dishwasher that took them 9 days to get back to me and say the owner had approved the repairs. A beautiful location where you can watch hikers on the bump and grind from the front deck.

Fantastic spot for being close to shopping, hiking and golf! Great mountain views. Lots of space for your group to enjoy Palm Desert. Will return!

MY family loved the peace, the birds singing in the morning as we have our first coffee and gaze at the golden textured hillside against amazingly blue sky. The inside of the house was immaculate, wifi consistent, bedrooms and beds very comfortable with clean and quite pretty ensuite offerings. A big family dining room table accommodated all members with plenty of space for food, drink, and elbow room while sitting in comfortable chairs all around. The kitchen plentifully provided all that one needed to create a familiy meal or just coffee and a simple breakfast. The pool is dreamy as well. :) much appreciated!

We loved this unit, the location was perfect, the pool area was also great. Will try to rent this unit again in the future.

This house is sooooo comfortable. It’s a perfect place to get away from everyday life and just chill. We relaxed on the patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening, and dips in the pool all day. We also like to get out and walk/hike and this spot is perfect for both. The hiking trails on the nearby hills/mountains can be accessed by simply walking out the back door and through the neighborhood. For food (fancy or fast) and shopping (high end), downtown El Paseo is about a 15 minute walk in the other direction. You really are in the middle of it all and don’t even need a car for most of it. We’d love to come back to this desert oasis again!

This home is perfect for a relaxing, comfortable and quiet desert retreat.

This condo was so clean and spacious and offered so much privacy. For me, the big selling point is once you open up the sliding glass doors to see the view of the property. It opens to a huge grassy knoll that you follow on your way to the pool with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains behind it. We spent the mornings drinking coffee on the patio, afternoons in the pool, and just before evening we took a hike on the mountain you see in the distance. It's also so close to so many stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend.
