Stayed Jun 30, 2025Was a beautiful apartment. The beds were super comfortable as well as the lovely bathrooms, living area, kitchen, and incredible decks! Having laundry amenities is so nice. . A couple things that could be improved. The seating at the kitchen island (stools) were put together wrong and hurt my friends leg. Huge bruise. They need to be fixed. The lack of kitchen coffee cups was a big pain and should be remedied. Some basic necessities like sugar, cooking oil, etc would be nice to have. It needs to be made clear that the trains that run by are VERY loud. Need ear plugs at night loud or relaxing by the pool loud. If it wasn’t such a beautiful place it would be a big deterrent!! The building is well taken care of, the pool was lovely, loved the Latch system and the lobby concierge’s were delightful. Location was not too far from everything and very easy for Uber drivers to find. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Enjoyed our stay - Loved the place just not the location. The train is loud the fridge took 24 hrs to cool down once fully loaded and the water heater couldn't keep up with a party of 7. so like warm showers or cold showers taken. neighborhood is a little rough w/ lots of homeless at nearby shelter however they didn't bother usas we walked by multiple times a day for CMA Fest! Property management company mailbox was full so not very helpful w/ our minor issues. Did message / email and they did call me back afterwards.

Stayed May 8, 2025The 2bedroom location was as described inside and an amazing stay except for the train. The facility felt very secure even being near a homeless shelter. Was just myself and a girlfriend and we never felt unsafe. We walked everywhere during the day and so did many others that were staying in the apartment style complex. The only downside is the train. It is listed but it does not share how close the king bed bedroom is to the tracks. I highly suggest you bring earplugs for your stay but if not you can grab them for a couple of bucks at the walgreens nearby. The first night was rough but after getting earplugs i had no issues for the remainder of the stay. If you do not like the urban setting this place is not for you Maybe ask the owner for one of their other rentals in nashville.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025We loved the place and had a great time! However, It was in a neighborhood with a lot of homeless and so you did need to make sure to walked with a group when you were walking into the Gulch. We found it difficult at first to figure out the Latch app to get into the building but once we figured it out, it was smooth sailing from then on. There were not enough hangers, and the person we communicated with on the app immediately went out and bought more and brought them to us. However, when we ran out of toilet paper, they told us that we needed to go buy our own because it said that we would only be provided with two rolls per bathroom. The biggest frustration was the parking garage. We would suggest not bringing a car and if you have to bring a car, make sure it is tiny. The exit is so narrow that it was difficult to get out and we ended up scratching our car which the person in the lobby at security says happens regularly. My recommendation is to just Uber and not rent a car if you are staying here. It is not worth it to go in and out of this parking garage. It was made horribly! It’s such a tight angle that it’s a stressful situation every time you exit!

Stayed Dec 5, 2024We stayed a total of three nights and the space was perfect. It is right next to the train tracks so you do hear those, especially at night. Some of the fixtures needed repaired, but worked. Asked prior to coming if there was a coffee pot and what kind, was told a keurig and there would be some pods to get us started. First morning the people who manage the property asked how things were going and I brought up the coffee situation as we had none (would have brought some had I not been told), other than that said we were good. Headed to the lobby to hear the people that work there bad talking us about the coffee. Overall a great place to stay! Wouldn’t mind staying again!

Stayed Nov 7, 2024Rented this VRBO for a birthday trip to Nashville with some friends and overall the place was great. Clean, plenty of room, and a safe area. Downsides were, pull out couch wasn't the most comfy, had issues with the internet, and stores were not the quickest walk, i.e. Walgreens, 7-11, stuff you would buy to have in the house. Overall, a good trip with a good home.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Great location. Some restaurants a couple of blocks away around Pie Town or 5 minutes further to the Gulch. Walk to Broadway and 6th was 15 minutes. Other transportation options were a short ride for $15-$18. Unit was very nice and a good size for four adults in our party. Bedrooms on opposite ends so when one couple came in later than the other, there was no noise. Laundry room in unit was also very convenient. Too much rain in Nashville this long weekend so we did not get to enjoy the pool. Reserved parking assigned to our unit was also a great savings. Very secure garage and building. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024The overall property was clean and brand new in close proximity to downtown Nash. The actual apartment was clean but lacked actual amenities such as a dresser in the 2nd bedroom, the water pressure was a drip in both showers, bath towels were minimal for a 4 day stay, and no pool towels were provided while most other apartments provided them as evident from all the other guests at the pool having matching apartment towels. In addition, the train noise was excessive and not explained in the add. The train runs just behind the apartment all day and throughout the night so you better bring a white noise machine to stand a chance at sleep. The latch app worked fine but was also a pain as you have to use it on every door possible in the complex. While the location is near downtown it is adjacent to a halfway complex so you need to walk in groups for the women to feel safe. In addition, the unit charges for every hour early or late check-out and doesn't provide storage for your bags if you are early or are flying out later in the day. Other units in the building provided storage so that is just an issue with this unit. The pool was great and fun to use on nice weather weekend. While I want to say the positives outweighed the negatives I can't. We will not be back to this unit or location and instead will get a hotel next time as the costs were similar on a room by room price point but the features of a hotel just outweigh the benefits of this VRBO.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024The apartment was very clean and new which allowed for comfort for the entire family. The downside was location of the apartment. It was right beside a roalroad train and the trains run day and night which disrupted our sleep. In addition, it is located by a homeless shelter. When the shelter fills up many are left on the streets. We had no issues but did not feel it was the most safe place.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We loved the balcony and the ability to hang out there as well as inside. The beds are very comfortable. Having a parking spot was great. Overall, the stay was lovely. The only thing I would recommend is a few more incidentals in the kitchen. A ground coffee maker, rather than a cup, containers to store food, baggies or tin foil. I realize some people may buy these items but I am guessing most guests stay for the w/end and they do not want to mess with these small items. Thank you!
