- Please note this unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building; however, an elevator is available on-site.

- The pool is open seasonally (open March 1 – end of October, 10 am –10 pm, HOA discretion) but may close due to extreme weather. Hours of operation are from 10 am to 10 pm.

- This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.

- Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to.  It is important to note that Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security. 

- We manage multiple units within this building, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. While all units maintain a consistent standard quality, sizes and décor vary. If the unit you are viewing is not the best fit for your stay, let us know, and we will help you find one that better suits your group. 

- Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.

    The apartment was clean and comfortable. Since I am not tech savvy, the check in process was challenging. Nice deck overlooking the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked - as were the bathrooms. The hosts were excellent with communication!!Overall a very enjoyable vacation!!

    Four friends stayed here recently on a girls trip. The condo is beautiful with a well equipped kitchen and limited necessities. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning and again at night. The trains are directly in front of the balcony and are quite noisy. We knew this going in but decided to chance it anyway. They are LOUD and run at all different times. That’s the only reason we can’t give this place 5 stars. We Ubered everywhere which wasn’t too bad or too expensive. Unsure if we would stay here again because of the train issue…but it is a beautiful place!

    We visited with friends and found this location was not our favorite. The unit was quite nice but the location is right next to the train track which is very busy. Trains were passing at least 8-10 times daily. Several between midnight and 7am which woke us up in the middle of the night every night. Also, the unit had minimal supplies. Coffee to make a single pot, no sugar, creamer. It was offered in the lobby so I guess that’s why they don’t supply in the unit. No hand towels, just bath towels. We loves the large balcony and seating but we would not return based on the trains running all night long. They need to disclose that in the description.

    This places was clean and very nice. The beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked with lots of amenities. HOWEVER, I did not realize that this was located next to the train tracks. These trains are VERY loud and come in and out all day and all night. Didn't sleep very well any of the nights. Also the pool during the day was packed full of party goers so if you have kids you will not be able to use the pool until after 8pm (when people leave for dinner and bars). I would recommend providing a map of the building because it's a bit overwhelming when you arrive. All in all a good stay but be warned about TRAINS.

    Was a nice walk from downtown. The place was really clean and nice to stay in with lots of towels and even shampoo and conditioner. There were lots of dishes and things if you wanted to cook. Washer and dryer were available. Only drawback was it was extremely close to the railroad tracks and it wake us up in the middle of the night. Great place to stay.
