Come visit Destin, Florida, where you’ll be hypnotized by paradise! Hypnautic is a gorgeous vacation home in Destin’s Miramar Beach. The large home is perfect for family vacations or big group getaways. Less than a five-minute walk to the beach, this home has it all—spacious accommodations, a 33'x28' private pool, game room, movie theater, furnished balconies, and more luxury amenities. This stately home has eight bedrooms and nine and a half baths. It canaccommodate up to 30 guests.

The first floor is all about vacation fun. This level includes a game room, movie theater, and access to the pool patio. In the game room, a wall of sliding glass doors creates a bright and welcoming space. The room boasts a pool table, shuffleboard table, video arcade game, a cozy seating area, and a built-in bar. The sliding glass doors lead to the pool area, which is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and relax. A paver sundeck surrounds the pool and cascading hot tub. Lounge chairs sit in the pool’s shallow end, and outdoor tables and chairs cover the patio. A BBQ grill makes it easy to serve up your own poolside meal. Lawn games like cornhole and a giant Connect 4 board are provided for your entertainment. When you’re ready to escape the heat, head back inside to watch a movie. The movie theater features a projection screen and stadium seating with eight leather recliners.

Two of the home’s guest bedrooms are also located on the first floor. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed and access to a full hall bath. A twin sleeper is provided for extra sleeping accommodations.

Ascend the stairs to find the main great room. The living area includes an oversized wraparound couch and two ottomans paired with several accent chairs. The seating ensemble faces a wall-mounted TV. A raised game table with four chairs sits in the corner beside a set of glass doors that lead to a breezy balcony overlooking the pool. Wood floors extend into the open dining area, which has a plank-wood table and six fabric chairs. The open kitchen is spacious and a dream for both novice and professional chefs. Custom white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, modern lighting, and a tiled accent wall create the perfect area to whip up tasty culinary creations. A full kitchen island with stool seating offers additional counter and dining space. Another guest bedroom is located on this floor. It includes a king-size bed, a twin sleeper sofa, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

The remaining bedrooms are on the third floor, five of which have en-suite bathrooms. In the master suite, there is a king-size bed, contemporary furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and access to a covered balcony. Two guest bedrooms on this level have king-size beds, while another has a queen-size bed. A bunk room features a full bunk, two twin bunks, and an arcade game—the kids will love this room! There is a bonus room with a twin bunk and a den with a queen-size sleeper sofa. Finally, a fourth-floor rooftop deck tops it all off, offering incredible views of Miramar Beach.
