Hygge house was an absolutely dream!! Our family of six had an incredible vacation there with many wonderful memories made. The host is fantastic!! We will be back next year!

I just returned from a trip with my husband, mom, and three kids (3 and 16 month twins). We had an amazing trip in Seattle. The house was stunning-exactly as the pictures portrayed! Karen was a gracious host who greeted us upon arrival with goodies and the house had everything we needed and more. All of the appliances were top of the line, the rooms and bathrooms were bright and clean, and the house had plenty of room for our kids to run around. The neighborhood was beautiful and the perfect place to take walks, visit parks, including Kerry Park where we got to see the beautiful Seattle skyline, and grab donuts or ice cream. The house was in the best location and only took us 5-10 minutes to drive to Pike Market and the Aquarium. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and intend to stay here again when we visit Seattle in the future! Thanks again Karen for letting us stay in your lovely home!

We stayed at the Hygge House for our family vacation to Seattle in the summer of 2024. For starters, the host is very accommodating and communicative. She met us at the house when we arrived to show us around, answer questions and even gave us a lovely gift basket with wine and snacks that was amazing. We really loved two things about the house. The first is that the house has a lot of character and just has a very comfortable and happy feel to it. Hygge is a Danish word that roughly translates to feeling cozy/happy and this house definitely sets the stage for that. Our whole family was comfortable and the house just has a a cool vibe that puts you at ease. Plus, it has all of the amenities you need for cooking, hanging out, laundry, etc. On top of all of that, it has a lovely view of the Seattle skyline and Puget Sound. Second, this house is in a GREAT area. The Queen Anne neighborhood in Seattle is really convenient to just about anything you want to do. It felt very safe, is a short drive or walk to all of the major tourist attractions and has several cool restaurants and shops just down the street. Overall, we were really happy with the decision to stay at the Hygge House. It is actually better than advertised and we highly recommend it for families coming to the area for vacation.

What truly made this experience stand out was the host's dedication to accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
