Stayed Jul 20, 2024This was a great place right next to Saco River and Diane’s Bath that can hold a large group of people! Communication was great and our group had a blast. Definitely recommend!

Stayed Sep 2, 2022Kids really enjoyed the game room and the jacuzzi. The place was clean, communication with host is excellent. Location is great. Only downside was having to take out our own trash to the transfer station which was open at noon. We had to leave the house by 10/11? But that was on our rental agreement so we know what to expect. Overall experience is excellent!

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Jess was great to deal with, very responsive. We had 4 families staying. 13 adults, 5 children, and a dog. We had plenty of room, even parking. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and arcade. We are so used to bringing everything with us (including Rokus for the televisions). Jess had EVERYTHING! It was so nice to unpack and enjoy! We were only minutes away from Attitash and hiking at Diana's bath. We can't wait to go back.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Jess is wonderful to work with & set up such a fun relaxing vacation home. Our 4 generations from 1 - 88 yo had a great week. The location is perfect for us. Teens were obsessed with the bunkhouse gaming arcade.

The house was equipped with everything we needed and we cooked dinner at the house every night for a week. It was a child's paradise with all the gaming systems in every room!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We had a great time at this house for our annual family get together! There was plenty of room, house was clean with plenty of supplies. The game room, hot tub and swing were big hits for the kids. We would have liked to be more set back from the busy road but other than that it was great! The location was good but we weren't able to walk anywhere with the kids on the busy road. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jan 17, 2025we were a family of 11, grandparents children and grandchildren .Our one disappointment was that there was no fireplace when one was listed under amenities. We still had a great time. Hot tub was a hit as was the as was the shed with the video games etc.
