The property was wonderful. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Everyone was able to gather together for family time as well as ample spaces to spread out and enjoy personal relaxation time. The views here are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so relaxing. The home is completely furnished with everything you can imagine to enjoy your getaway. We truly enjoyed our seven days in Paradise!

We had been to Kauai in the past and stayed in Princeville. This time it was me, my husband, 29 year old daughter, 29 year old son in law, 18 month old grandson, 21 year old daughter and her boyfriend. This house was PERFECT!!!! We loved every second of it. It had everything you needed and the location was perfect. The views were the best I have ever had at any vacation home. We even changed our family photos from the beach to the backyard. We hope to visit again! Mahalo!

Situated in the residential Princeville area made it perfect for walking and accessible to nearby resorts and beach. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, same for bathrooms, beach towels, games, movies. Very pleased with the check-in process. Must give shout out to property manager Thames!! You are the best!

Not the most modern and you have to drive (short drives!) to beaches, but highly recommended.
