Lovingly rebuilt in April 2018 after the Christmas Day bushfires, the house is built on an elevated block. Step inside and you'll immediately drop your bags, as you'll feel right at home.

Set across one level, Hulls Haven is all about comfort and views! Check out those views! Looking right across to the point, you will be mesmerised by the ever changing landscape. Not only does Hulls Haven have a light open and airy feel, more importantly, there is a sense of warmth and care you can feel, which is just like a haven.

So comfortable you may never want to leave. The stylish simplicity of layout with open plan living and dining and three bedrooms makes for a no fuss retreat to create your holiday moments and memories, and with an expansive deck let the views do the talking.

Please note: We suggest to reverse down the drive. Small cars may be able to turn around at the bottom of the drive.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

    Cleanliness: - The property wasn't clean at all at the time of check in. Full of dust and small pieces of chips and bread on the floor. - Kitchen wasn't clean and we faces some hairs on the Kitchen counter - Bedrooms were not clean. Sheets and pillowcases were dirty. We faced these when we arrived. But honestly it was sorted out after discussion with the property manager on the phone. - Another one was the barbeque which was disgusting. Sounds like it wasn't cleaned at all for years

    Hulls Haven would have to be the most immaculate of all the the many rentals I have had! It is very comfortable Very very Clean, a lovely getaway! Even the build next door does not detract from the view! Thanks to all at Hulls Haven! We will be back! Cheers

    Everything about the property was great and I knew there would be construction… but I would like to stay again when its over. I’m sure the builders thought I was nuts as I sang to my dog (all originals- no covers) and talked to the cockatoos.

    perfect escape for a few days. all as show in advertising. driveway was a little scary but i got the hang of it. Kitchell fully stocked to make your own meals. Thank you for a great stay

    We loved everything about this stay - the views, the house, Seperation Creek & Wye River, the history, the weather....... Really liked that the house was an actual home and had everything that you needed. Many thanks to the owners as the last 4 + years would not have been easy, post the fires. Regards Susie

    I felt the images don't do the ease and comfort of this place justice! It's simple but has everything you need. Two separate bedrooms at opposite ends of the house mean it's a nice private place for two sets of couples to stay in. Driveway is a bit tricky and there isn't anywhere else to park, so make sure you read the detailed instructions.
