Kitchen
Recently remodeled! The large, entertainers kitchen with granite countertops and tons of cabinets is open to the living room so you can entertain while you prepare. The kitchen features a gas cooktop, separate gas oven and microwave plus lots of dishes and cutlery for your group. Included are a Keurig and regular coffee pot, pots, pans, platters and serving dishes, kettles, popcorn maker, panini maker, electric griddles, toaster, juicer and tons of utensils... this kitchen has it all. The long granite bar is perfect for setting out snacks or hosting a buffet. Enjoy casual meals at the dining table adjacent the kitchen and living room. For fancier occasions or overflow seating, the formal dining room seats six. Or better yet, just steps away you can dine al fresco by the pool.

Living Area
The open, spacious living room has a comfy sofas and an easy chair for watching sports or a movie or just recapping the day with a glass of wine. On a chilly desert night or during the holidays, the wrap-around fireplace warms and glows to create a romantic ambiance.

The Fabulous Backyard
The massive entertainers backyard is 3 yards in 1. The lagoon-like pool, hot tub, firepit & golf putting green are surrounded by mature desert landscape, fresh rosemary and palm trees. There are spaces for sun or for shade, like the relaxing poolside alcove just off the master bedroom where you'll love listening to the soothing trickle of the water pouring from the sconces in the pool. The two tranquil, grassy side yards were made for yoga, exercise, meditation, reading a book or a game of catch. Prepare a delicious meal at the gas grill and dine under the stars. This quiet, private retreat is the perfect place to catch a gorgeous desert sunset.

Sleeping & Baths
The impressive Master Suite includes an en suite bath with dual sinks and a large vanity, and over-sized garden tub and just behind the soaking tub lies the walk-in shower. The toilet is in a separate room for privacy. A large walk-in closet features tons of shelving and storage space. Relax in the hardwood and leather California King bed with a pillow-top mattress. Other amenities of the Master Suite include a 50 TV and ceiling fan. Sliding doors lead to the poolside alcove and just steps from the hot tub.

The two rear bedrooms feature queen size beds with pillow-top mattresses. With Jack and Jill style bathrooms, each room has it's own toilet and vanity with locking doors and they are joined in the middle by a shared tub/shower room.

The front bedroom, near the kitchen and living area, features a queen size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and this is the bathroom accessible from the living area and used by guests.

Laundry
The large laundry room includes a brand new washer and dryer. There is a deep sink for washing delicates, an iron and an ironing board

Other Amenities:
Wireless internet. Nice linens, bath and pool towels. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The Location
Just off Highway 111 and Interstate 10 on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, our home is perfectly located just minutes from the Coachella Music & Arts Festival, Stagecoach Music Festival, Indian Wells Tennis Garden/BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament, CareerBuilder Challenge & PGA West, La Quinta Arts Festival, Old Town La Quinta, and the world-class golf courses in La Quinta, Indian Wells, Palm Desert and Indio as well shopping and restaurants. You can even walk to a coffee shop, several drug stores and a couple of good restaurants.

The Fine Print & Rules
- Our insurance requires that we have you sign a basic rental agreement, which we will provide to you in advance.
- You must provide us with a copy of your ID for fraud protection.
- We require that you purchase the Property Damage Protection policy in the event of any damages.
- Small dogs only, limit 2. Additional fees apply. No pets on beds or furniture.
- Limit 4 vehicles. All must be parked in the driveway.
- No parties or events allowed
- Primary guest must be present at check-in. If you need an exception, you must communicate with us in advance.
- Absolutely no more guests permitted to stay than those listed on the rental agreement.
- No one is permitted to sleep on our sofa for sanitary reasons.
- Absolutely No Smoking of any substance within 50 feet of the home or in the front yard.
- Pool heated upon request, additional fees apply.

PENALTIES OR FINES
Our rules are in alignment with city, county and federal rules pertaining to short term vacation rentals. Guest is financially responsible for any fines or penalties issued to owner as a result of guests actions at the home.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except the garages and a couple of closets.

Interaction with guests
We understand you are on vacation and we will give you your space. We will be close by and just a phone call away if you need help and our neighbors stay in close touch with us should you or they need us.

Our home is great for couples, groups and business travelers. We love spending time here but we also love to share it with other people when we are off on an adventure.

Our home is equipped with a ring video doorbell so that we can assist guests at check-in and monitor the security of our home while we are away. We also have cameras on each of our service gates so we can monitor our service providers and assist them as needed. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard pool area.
