The house was clean, our host was very accommodating, beautiful location, quiet and peaceful here

The house is very nice and has a great view. We got there at 4:00 but cleaning for our stay was not completed. Christina arrived about 5 minutes after we did and showed us everything. We had some errands to run and when we returned the house was spotless! Would help if they had a live TV subscription for us to have accessed college football that night. The only shortcoming in an otherwise great stay

Very pleased with this property. Very spacious. Large rooms. Even the hallways are wider. very comfortable. Magnificent view of Lake Ann. Quiet neighborhood, but only a couple of minutes from the highway. Great host. One word of warning, Bella Vista amenities are for residents & guests only. The host graciously offered to get guests permission, but we didn't get our request in early enough. Be sure to give the town more than a week to be sure.

The location was so convenient to area attractions and the neighborhood was delightful and folks friendly! The view of Lake Ann was spectacular! Holly Hudson was very accommodating and friendly! House was perfect!

Very clean, great view, nicely appointed. Pool table and board games were a nice touch that kept us busy on a rainy day.

Spent 2 nights on our way to Branson and cannot wait to come back. Amazing house that has all you could want and more. Super clean and comfy beds! Mountain biking trail was less than .5 mile away, easy access to the back 40 and 25+ miles of great trails. Had 3 inches of snow the day we arrived and yet the trails were in great shape to ride the next day. Lots of birds and deer to be seen around the property.

This was an amazing property! It’s well appointed and in a great location. The property contact was also very responsive. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving holiday for our family! We will be back !

The house was very comfortable, quiet, and super clean, with all the amenities that make guests feel right at home. My favorite spot was sitting on the deck, looking out over Lake Ann. We also liked the surrounding wooded area that provided privacy around the house and deck. In addition, the lower level has a game room with a pool table, which was great fun. I would highly recommend this home away from home!

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and her husband for a long weekend. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning out on the deck overlooking the lake. It was closer than I thought it would be. Very nice view. We visited family and did some local sightseeing. We played cards and had snacks in the evening. Great sister time.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was open and spacious! All the windows let in lots of natural light! The view from the deck was beautiful. The finished basement was a huge hit with our teenage son! He made that his area for the trip. The pool table was a game changer! Home has everything as described and the host were hospitable and so easy to work with! Would definitely stay here again!
