Can’t say enough good things about this property! My family stayed here for a week for a graduation and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, the bedrooms were all very comfortable and the entertainment spaces were so much fun. And the host was fantastic - incredibly friendly and responsive. We will absolutely stay here again for our next Denver trip!

We were staying in Denver for the weekend for a sports event and our family plus another family absolutely loved this house! It was well laid out for 2 families, clean, amazing back yard and entertaining space! Our kids enjoyed the game room and we enjoyed the fire pit area for breakfast and drinks at night! The host is super responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!

Super Duper Communications!!

A group of us stayed for a girls weekend and the property was perfect. The gorgeous back yard and fire pit area was definitely a highlight for us! The location is a bit far from downtown areas, but it was a quick drive to other Denver highlights and definitely worth the extra few minutes driving for the sake of a quiet neighborhood and large yard. The host was also very attentive and kind. Would recommend this for your next stay!

This house is in a convenient location. The backyard with firepit, hot tub, grill, deck and large area is wonderful. It is not luxurious but well kept and furnished comfortably. There was plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out and also spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every night. The game room is a fun addition. We would definitely stay here again!

This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had at any rental! (And lI’ve stayed at countless places over the years!) The host was a joy to speak with & by far the most attentive and personable host I’ve ever interacted with. She was so welcoming, communicative, made check in so easy, timely in her responses, so easy to work with, warm, genuinely willing to do whatever she could to make the stay great for myself and our guests. She even went above and beyond after our stay to ask for suggestions on how to improve her rental for future guests! I have never seen anyone do this and that just shows how much care and intention she’s putting into making this place a fantastic experience for all future guests! Absolutely loved all her decor, it was so stylish and up-to-date. The kitchen was fully stocked which greatly helped for the dinner party we had one night. Great location & we loved the various types of spaces for all the guests like the game room, multiple living room spaces and the backyard for all year enjoyment! I would absolutely stay here again and to me, that is the marker of a great place and a great host!
