Huge Ocean View with Semi-Private Beach Access

Simply spectacular! Amazing view, clean, spacious, quality furnishings, well-stocked kitchen with quality cookware, timely and helpful communication from the owner ... so many great things to say about this home/property and our experience. We really appreciated all the nice touches in this home. How wonderful that our foster dog was welcome to come along. It is obvious that the owners really care about their guests having a great time and being comfortable.

Brians place was perfect for our family of 5. The house was even better than the pictures described. We appreciated all the little details, like the artwork, the well equipped kitchen, towels for the dog, etc. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Better than photos and very clean. Kitchen is very well appointed. We loved the location easily walkable to Kiwanda dunes. The trails behind the house were great. Loved being in the trees with a great view of ocean.

Wow! What a beautiful house and location! We had everything we needed, just as described and depicted. The beach access was great too. The climb up the dune was easy and straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pacific City and the central coast.

This is one of the nicest VBRO’s we’ve rented! The house was extremely clean and very well stocked and maintained. It’s perched on the hillside with an easy walk down to the beach and a nice workout getting home. ; )We had great communication from our host!

Brian did an excellent job communicating every detail with me. The house is beautiful and clean. Very welcoming. We hope to return again and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Brian for all of your assistance.

Easy to understand directions for arrival and departure. Cleanliness of the house was outstanding.

Amazing. The place just had a positive energy. It was such a nice stay. Saw whales breaching from front room with natural sight. Saw a Sea Lion on the beach. Eagles in the trees. It was just nice, easy stay. Everything one would need. Our dogs had a good time and were wore out from the hikes. It was our 11 year wedding Anniversary a couple days before and this was a great way to end the week.

Shh…don’t tell everyone it is the “Best place on the Oregon Coast” to stay. Let’s keep this “Pocket Oasis” a secret. Best views, most family & pet friendly place. We don’t want to stay any where else.

Beautiful property with ocean views. Lots of space could easily see living there. Well stocked kitchen! Comfy king size beds. Just a short hike to the beach, Cape Kiwanda and the “Rock” never got old seeing that. Highly recommend staying at this place. Brian is definitely a “super host”

What a beautiful place. A lovely home, gorgeous views and a spectacular beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable. The several windows overlooking the ocean, beach and the woods were a pleasure. We walked on the beach each morning and seldom saw anyone else. It could not have been a nicer stay. This is easily the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully stocked, beautiful view of the coast, and the space was so clean. Truly a great stay and we would love to rebook in the future.

We came to the area for some fishing and whale watching, but due to the weather, all our outdoor activities were canceled. Lucky for us, we were rained in at this lovely property. It was more than enjoyable just to sit and look out the window all day! The view is spectacular. We did not cook in the kitchen - going out for dinner gave us something to do and there were some great places to eat - but it certainly appeared well stocked, and there's plenty of room for preparation and dining. The house was very clean, and I'm very picky! Everything was as described in other reviews - excellent. Brian sent all pertinent information before we arrived, and there were no surprises. We are hoping to come back some day!

Overall a wonderful property. Yes, lots of stairs but totally worth it for the upstairs view. We had plenty of space for hanging out. The kitchen was fully stocked so we cooked a few times. The walk to the beach and dune shouldnt be attempted if you have any mobility issues but we didnt mind the exercise and if you want to drive down to the main beach by the brewery is is just a short distance. We had a fantastic time and and would definitely stay again.

Great location; awesome view. We enjoyed the sunsets, walks on the beach, surrounding trails and treks to the quaint downtown Pacific City. It was a nice, relaxing place to spend with our dog at the beach. A lot of stairs up to the main level.

Beautiful home with a great view. You get lots of exercise on the dunes. There are a lot of stairs in the house so be prepared for that. The house is clean and well equipped. You will enjoy your stay. Plus you might get lucky and see whales like we did.

The house is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Plus I could go on and on about the spectacular view. The ocean waves framed by typical PNW greenery were perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect setting for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The dining room had a fantastic ocean view. Our family enjoyed hiking the dunes and cape.

We have stayed at several homes in the area and this is one of the best. From the location to the amenities everything was top notch. Especially, appreciate the doggy details! Will be staying here again and highly recommend.

We love this place! Bryan was accommodating from the minute I booked and answered all of our questions promptly. The house is beautiful with an unbelievable view of the ocean. The house is clean and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were plush and bright white. We would definitely stay here again!
