Great place, with lots of space for enjoying big family moments. Lots of amenities and fun space!

The entire home was spectacular. The views are stunning. There was plenty of room for my family and it provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the mountains. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything from cookware to utensils to full size toiletries. We loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend.

We loved being located so close to downtown Asheville. The house was large and accommodated our group beautifully. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms had reading lamps, electrical outlets, and plenty of space for storeage, besides being lovely. The kitchen was a real standout: a great assortment of pots and pans, serving dishes, good knives, two separate ovens, and a great gas range. We especially loved that this house is wheelchair accessible, with portable ramps for two small steps, and had a high chair and a portable baby bed. It met all our needs!

Our stay was great!We had plenty of room for all of us. It was in a perfect location not far from downtown.The owner was so easy to communicate with and was quick to respond when needed.I would absolutely recommend staying here when in Asheville.

Great location, very clean, plenty of room, fun to see bears

Well-maintained, well-equipped, sprawling house with an excellent cleaning team. Although surrounded by nature (I.e., bears, birds and butterflies) and stunning views from the home, Asheville restaurants and activities were but a short drive away. The hot tub was a hit and was perfectly maintained. The artwork was a plus--eclectic and interesting. Our host was responsive to our concerns. Our family group of 12 had a wonderful time.

The house is absolutely lovely and was the perfect gathering place for my large family. We had plenty of space to both collect together and to also have space to break up into smaller groups. The kitchen had all of our cooking needs covered, including a smaller fridge to keep drinks. The house was close to Asheville to be able to go do things but also quiet and isolated so that we could relax. Would absolutely stay here again with a group fo friends or family!

The house was roomy and comfortable for 16 people. There was plenty of room to be together or have some alone time. The kitchen was nicely appointed for making large family meals. It was very convenient to downtown. The only downside was the hot tub was not available through some unforeseen circumstances but the owner was very responsive and gave me a credit. I would love to stay here again and recommend it highly.

House was beautiful and had an amazing view out over the trees and hills. The accommodations were comfortable, but the deck and screened porch were the stars of the place. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we had trouble with the AC, but Mike was very responsive and helpful, and it seems the unit will be replaced. Otherwise, the house was perfect for extended family including kids, parents, and grandparents enjoying all that Asheville has to offer. Kids enjoyed playing pool and watching movies downstairs, and adults relaxed on the screen porch. The location is convenient to downtown but also quiet and secluded. We even got to see some bears! What a special place!

It was a sad but very thoughtful and memorable few days. We had no direct contact with the property manager.

Amazing house, close to Asheville!! Luxurious amenities. EVERY THING you need to have a great time. We had big trucks so the turn around was a little tricky. Just fyi. And there was a family of bears that hung out while we were there. We kept our distance and they did too. We went out in pairs and made sure the dogs were always leashed. Would definitely return!!

This is a great house! Thank you for the stay. The host was easy to work with and the property is perfect for family or friends. We had a friend reunion (all 40+) so the 6 bedrooms was a big bonus for us. The location is incredible! If you want to spend time in downtown you need to be close like this. Getting Ubers was so easy to all the breweries, airport and hiking/tubing activities. The elevation of the home offered a nice cool temp upon returning from downtown. Highly recommend this property!

The house, location and view were beautiful. There was plenty of room for a girls weekend getaway. The host was responsive and helpful.

The place was clean, very well stocked, and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the living room, huge table for the whole family, the deck and grill, and the well stocked kitchen. Every adult said they enjoyed their stay. A few of us tried and enjoyed the hot tub. The recreational options of pool and darts were awesome. FYI we had multiple bear sightings so be aware and follow the signs listed in the house. There was plenty of parking for our large group of 11 adults, 1 pre-teen, and 5 littles under the age of 4. There was plenty to do in and around Asheville, but we mostly hung out at the house.

Beautiful property with a great location! Everything was as pictured. Owner was very responsive. Especially enjoyed the sun room which was our meeting place each morning and evening. Had the pleasure of 7 black bear sightings! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The house was fabulous. Plenty of room for eleven people and two Goldens. Everything one could possibly need was provided. We really especially enjoyed the patio room and deck. It was a great place to enjoy morning coffee and evening conversation. The owners instructions were clear, the Internet was very good and the location was amazing. The house feels much like a private country home but is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Asheville. We couldn’t have been happier!

This home was the perfect location to explore Asheville, Chimney Rock, The Cove, whitewater Rafting, downtown Asheville! The sun Porch is Beautiful hang out spot to start the morning with coffee. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals for 15. The front porch is nice entry. Plenty of parking. Beds comfy. Highly recommend.
