Large families and groups will find it easy to spread out and get some privacy in this spacious home.

The primary bedroom is made for royalty, with spectacular 180-degree views of the lake, a fireplace nook with garden views, and a luxurious king-sized bed. This room is so spectacular that it was nominated for the “Most Romantic Waterfront Bedroom.” It doesn’t get much better than this! This bedroom also has a massive walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a luxe walk-in shower, and a large tub with its own fireplace.

The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. You may also request to add a twin-size cot to this room if you have additional guests.

The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed, as does the fourth bedroom.

If you plan to host even more guests, the nook in the living area is the perfect spot to add two extra twin-sized beds.

In addition to the two ensuite bathrooms, there are two more full bathrooms, plus a half bathroom. No need to worry about waiting for your turn to shower!

Cooking big group meals is easy thanks to the large, modern kitchen. You’ll find a full gas range, stainless steel appliances, and tons of counter space for cooking or serving up appetizers. Feel free to head out to the garden to see if there’s anything ready to be cooked and add it to your menu! Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking, you’re in close proximity to many restaurants and cafes.

The large living room faces the lake and offers epic views from the large windows. When you’re not taking in the scenery, you can kick back and relax in front of the smart TV or challenge your friends to a gaming tournament. We have air hockey, pool, ping pong, tons of board games, and more! For anyone who has to work while away, there is a designated workspace off the main living area.

The stunning lakefront outdoor space is the real star of the show here. You can sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from one of the seating areas, peruse the edible garden, or even go fishing from the dock. If you bring your own boat, there is a loading area directly in front of the house.

In addition, guests will have access to the private residential pool (exclusive to the Quail Lake Community), located just a short walk from home. This area has a large pool and kiddie pool, both of which overlook the beautiful lake.

Known as “the Gateway to the Sierras,” Clovis is the perfect place to call home as you explore all the nearby attractions. There are a plethora of outdoor attractions about an hour’s drive from the house, including Yosemite National Park (1.5 hours), Kings Canyon National Park (1 hour), Sierra National Forest (35 min), and Shaver Lake (50 min). Stunning California coastal cities are also a short drive from home. Decide on an extended stay and explore to your heart’s content, so a day at the beach is as easy as picking an oceanside community to spend the day.

After a day out in nature, the modern lakefront mansion is a welcome reprieve! Crack open a bottle of wine and enjoy spectacular lake views from the private patio, take your boat or for a spin, or simply park yourself in front of one of the flat screen smart TVs and catch up on all your favorite shows.

You will have private access to the entire house. Free parking is available in two different garages for up to three vehicles (including one large vehicle like an RV or boat trailer).

You will also have access to neighborhood amenities, including two pools, a playground, and the lake!

Due to a change in HOA rules, we can only offer long-term stays of 30 days or more. Don’t worry - plenty to keep you busy in the Clovis area for multiple weeks at a time!
