Stayed Mar 10, 2025Property was just as pictured. Everything was very new and well maintained. Plenty of bath and pool towels provided. This was our trip to Sarasota with the same friends but the firt time renting a house with pool. We all agreed that the pool was an excellent decision.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025The place had most everything we could want/need and everything was as advertised. Pool was great. However, we missed not having a screened-in lanai because of the mosquitos or whatever biting insects. We also would have liked an outdoor grill. Those were minor issues. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe but some of the surrounding homes in the neighborhood were not kept nearly as well as the unit we were in. Very convenient to most anything - short drive to town, Lido, etc.
