Loveland, Colorado
The house is such a fun and peaceful retreat. It's the cutest house in Loveland! Lots of space for enjoying time together, or hiding out alone with a book. Every room is a creative experience. Cook, play games, watch tv, grill, nap... just be. The neighborhood is quiet and dark, and a 10-minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay! The house was just as listed, comfortable and cozy! We would definitely stay again!
Great house that truly reflects the title on VRBO, it was a fun house! Our team loved it and we enjoyed the coziness of it.
Great place to stay with extended family with lots of space, amenities and opportunities to stay home or go to many surrounding areas.
Great property! Great host! Recommend highly.
The house was very nice and fully met our needs. We were in Loveland for our daughter’s wedding. Our family included Grandma, Mom & Dad, Sister, Brother/Wife and 2 small boys. The house for us very well with room for the boys to run around. Cristina was available and responded to text messages quickly. Highly recommend the house!
Nice
We had a wonderful time this property! We comprised of grandparents, children and grandchildren! The house was perfect for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better location! It is so close to Estes Park and RMNP! Loved all the amenities! Hope to rent this property the next time we visit the area!
Upstairs hallway, bathroom lighting was very poor. Outside lighting around picnic table some lights worked and others did not. All doors squeaked. The house was very clean and extremely charming.
We came to Loveland to tour the local colleges and the house was absolutely perfect for our trip. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and the house felt like a home away from home. Clean, perfectly appointed and Christina was a great, responsive host. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Came to town with our daughter, granddaughter, son and his girlfriend to celebrate our youngest son, who lives in Loveland, 30 th birthday. Beautiful house, was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for us and two small dogs. Would definitely book this house again !!
There were 6 of us from XiPi sorority wanting a weekend getaway. The house had olenty of room & the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a 4 hr drive. We loved downtown Loveland & the quaint shops. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip.
The Gressiwick House is beautifully decorated and has spacious bedrooms and social spaces to easily accommodate a large family or group of friends. This home is well equipped with a full size washer/dryer, refrigerator with filtered water & ice and large dining areas. The game room includes a pool table and foosball making it great for a little family competition. We used the always warm jacuzzi often throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed barbecuing as well as going into town for dinners. The location was perfect for us. A short drive to Colorado State University in Fort Collins to visit campus. Access to The Rocky Mountain National Park was an easy drive and absolutely beautiful! The Horsetooth Reservoir was also beautiful with trails to hike with our dog and our children enjoyed two days of bouldering and top rope climbing. Our host, Christina, is fantastic! She was always quick to respond to our questions and made check-in and check-out very easy. She has prewritten instructions on how to use everything in the house so it was really easy to settle in. We got to meet Christina when she came over to replace a couple of light bulbs. She was so nice and loved meeting our dog. I highly recommend staying at the Gressiwick House!
