Stayed Jul 9, 2022This listing is very nice and is everything it claims to be. Close and easy walk to the beach. Nicely furnished and comfortable. (Love the new paint color. ) The manager responded quickly when we needed her. The kids enjoyed the shared pool. Our issue with this listing is not with the condo but with the large youth camp next door. They were quite loud (into the morning hours 11pm-1:30am the first night) then the next night until 11:30 when the sheriffs department came. This may not be a weekly issue but it certainly was while we were there.

Stayed Feb 21, 2022Our stay at Kiska was simply wonderful, maybe even the best day ever! The property is well kept, well appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated. You would never know dogs stay here. (or my sister's cat) :) Communication with Jimmy was quick and helpful. The location is perfect, a quiet community right across the street from the beach access, but not far from groceries/shops/necessities. The pool is small but nice, and cleaned at least once a week during our two week stay. Our party was a large group of 8 adults and we all had plenty of space to spread out and do our own thing without being on top of each other. The beds and couches are super comfy. Our only minor issue with the furnishing was the lack of a dedicated desk area and extra table/shelf/dresser space, but we made it work. The absolutely ginormous closets helped a lot with that. On that note, this home was built on a LARGE scale: high ceilings, high countertops, high shelves, high clothes rods in the closets. If you are over 6', you will be very comfortable here. If you're closer to 5', maybe pack a step stool, lol. The ceilings are at least 10 feet, and the stairs match, about 20 on each flight, so approach with caution if you have any knee issues. The climb to the top floor master balcony is well worth it for the view however. Overall, great property, great location, great management. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Stayed Oct 6, 2021The home was spacious enough for everyone in our family. The walk to the beach was amazingly easy. Just walk out the back gate and you’re at the crosswalk to the beach. The shared pool was a little crowded at times since one of the families in the complex had nine children with them. The house had plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen could use some additional bowls, but was well stocked with everything else. The steps were our biggest challenge since we had a few with knee issues. The communication with the homeowner was so easy and they always responded in a timely manner. We really appreciate Jimmy and Ashley working with us on our last minute arrangements!

Stayed Jun 19, 2021Our stay began just after tropical storm Claudette blew through town. The weather was not as bad as feared but the pool paid the price. The pool maintenance crew didn't come from what neighbors stated and there was algae and debris all week. It was usable just not very clean. The home was beautiful and just as expected! Plenty of room for our group of 10 - 12 with ease. Location is great and the hosts were quick with responses to any questions we had. We recommend highly.
