Stayed Jun 20, 2025We had an absolute blast. We had 7 guys total. This place was perfect. The deck is huge and has lots of seating. It's walking distance to everything Hampton Beach has to offer. The walk to the beach was about five minutes. We could get to the casino in about ten, and it's a nice walk. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. A/Cs kept the house cool. Plenty of places to sleep. Would definitely return!

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Property was great, in a great location. Had parking and a grill with a nice porch. Perfect for a beach weekend. Unfortunately we had a dispute over the host trying to keep our security deposit. We talked out and agreed number that I was not thrilled with but aside from that a great rental.
