Stayed Feb 15, 2025We did not realize there were no TVs in any of the rooms on the property. One of the showers was not working or a lamp in one of the bedrooms. We had three days of bad weather, and no one came to plow or walkway, driveway, or steps, leading to the house, and someone had a bad fall down the steps. Basics such as cookie sheets, strainer and measuring spoons were not provided. There were no plates or coffee mugs. While the house held enough room, for all of us, the thermostats ran very high, making the bedrooms extremely hot. Realizing this is the first time the unit was being rented, I think the owners need to realize what needs to be provided when renting. At the very least, someone should’ve come over to clear the ice and snow.
