Stayed Mar 13, 2025Highly recommend staying at this house. Very spacious. Comfortably fit 9 people. Large kitchen and living room space for everyone to hang out in. Ocean views from the kitchen. Can check the surf from the master bedroom. Will definitely try to stay here again

Stayed Dec 29, 2023Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!

Stayed Aug 25, 2023We rented this large clean house for a boys golf and surf weekend. It was large and comfortable, albeit a little rough around the edges. But that is to be expected in Baja. Overall, I recommend it.

Stayed Mar 30, 2023The property was huge, clean, and beautiful. The only issue we encountered was that the first night we didn't have hot water, to be fair we checked in rather late and waited to reach out for assistance. The next morning once we contacted the property maintenance, they came within the hour and turned on the water heater for us. We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home and felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 28, 2022Solid vacation rental in Gaviotas. The views from the top, master bedroom balcony is great -- you can see the break easily. Lovely lower balcony and plenty of space all around as well.
