Huge 5 bed Grade II listed home in heart of town great easy parking for 4 cars

Absolutely fantastic space. Great house close to centre and easy walk to marina and beach. Plenty of takeaway options within a few minutes walk. No need to use the car. Plenty of parking. Great stay for 2 families of 5 with kids (2-13). Everyone could always find their own space. Great space for family games. A few steps getting in and once inside but really family friendly. We could all sit to eat around the table. We didn't use it as New Year stay but the outside space looked fantastic.

The house was very well equipped, also spacious and comfortable. Host (Paul) extremely nice and very helpful. A nice touch were the welcoming scones, jam and cream. Plus a bottle of prosecco which helped with a big birthday celebration.

This amazing house with its beautiful garden suited the needs of our multigenerational family group perfectly. A week of glorious weather made for a most enjoyable stay in Exmouth. Many thanks, Paul.

This house had everything we needed, amazing parking, so much space, great location to town and the beach, good size garden and a lovely host.

We stayed at this lovely house with two families ( nine persons) and were warmly welcomed by Paul. The location ist ideal, supermarkets are near so you can manage all your purchases on foot. The wonderful beach ist also within walking distance. Paul helps with any concerns or questions and is always very helpful, so we felt really at home during our holidays at Exmouth.

With 3 active boys under 7 the house was ideal for our stay. Easy walk to town and the beach.

The house was ideal for us - a family group of 10 aged 6 to 86. The owner Paul was very welcoming and responsive. The house is well equipped and incredibly spacious. It is well presented without being fancy/finished to perfection, which makes it a more relaxing place as a family as you aren't worrying that the kids are going to spoil it! We enjoyed eating at the big outdoor table and relaxing in the evenings on the comfy garden furniture. It Is a quiet residential location close to the town centre shops. It's worth noting it is the best part of a mile to the beach, a long walk with young children and all the gear, so we ended up driving down. Overall highly recommended.
