Great house for a family plus extended family. Everything was great, no glitches! I would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I, my mother, and my 2 brothers and their families stayed in this home over Thanksgiving. The home was beautiful and clean. The guest passes to use the amenities at the Owner's Club worked as advertised, and we enjoyed the fitness center and the game room. But the trip was definitely hampered by the fact that we had no internet the entire time we were there. In today's world, working internet is very important. We were able to connect to the Network with the password, but always got the message connected without internet. We tried unplugging the router, and plugging it back in, but this didn't help. We let the host know about this both during and after our stay, and she said the internet was checked and working both before and after our stay. What a coincidence that it failed only while we were there! The host's email seemed to presume that the reason we couldn't get internet was because we weren't using the correct password, but this was not the case, because we were able to connect to the Galena Network. When my brother, who has a background in IT, sent her an email trying to find possible solutions to the problem, he got NO response. My concern is that future guests are not going to have internet either, but unfortunately, the host doesn't seem to care.

We had a group of seven that spent a long weekend at Cinnabar. The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. We took advantage of the Owner's Club amenities, using the pickleball courts and the outdoor pool. This is a great area to stay in and we look forward to another trip there.

Nice property but not kept up very well. Troubles with the dishwasher rack, refrigerator shelf, coffeemaker. Exterior siding and bathrooms need updating badly. None of this affected our stay significantly but another shower in the basement would have been very helpful.

We were surprised at the dog hair on the carpet. We thought no dogs were allowed. We didn’t bring a dog.

Stayed for a quick 2 night golf trip. Home was clean and almost described perfectly. This listing actually had 2 twin beds not listed in addition to the 4 other bedrooms with king beds. Everyone had their own bathroom which was fantastic. The home was dated, but not in a bad way. It was cozy and just what we were looking for at a great price.

Very accommodating

We had an overall good experience at the home! It was comfortable and seemed to reflect the description online. A little outdated and not a lot of homey touches but probably got a better rate b/c of that which is good! Loved the coat rack and downstairs gas heater fireplace. Unusual layout but spacious! I think it would be nice to have doors on the front room with the twin beds. And some outdoor lighting (sensor) especially by the garage where guests typically park. Very dark and porch light isn't enough. Great location, hot tub was clean, comfortable and loved tub lights. Would definitely recommend this rental home!

We were very impressed with the location and property. All the amenities were there for our use if needed. The only thing we would suggest is to leave instructions for the TV remotes. As we were all in our 70's and had no grandchildren to guide us, we found navigation of the remote quite unfriendly. We would definitely recommend this property to friends.

This property met all our needs. Each of our couples had their own bedroom in separate locations of the house and their own bathroom. The kitchen was so spacious and allowed for multiple cooks at the same time. The open concept allowed all of us to enjoy our time together as a family. There were written instructions that were easy to follow The location was perfect your needs. Thank you for the opportunity.

The listing was overall as advertised, a basic house with basic furnishings that house a group well. We had a family holiday here, and the space worked well for that. Everyone got to be in the same building but could find their own space. The place is overall pretty dated, and could use plenty of fixes, but again that's probably fine for a multi-family gathering. The trash system and lack of recycling are real bummers for hosting a large group. Oh and the WiFi was basically unusable for 80% of the time, so plan on a real unconnected getaway. Access to the Owners Club is nice plus, served as a great outlet and another space to use. Access was easy and we enjoyed all ameneties - game room, fitness center, pool, basketball court.

This house had plenty of room for 3 families. We would stay here again.

1. There were no directions to operate the TV’s. I messaged someone with no response. We are college football fans and we were disappointed to not be able to watch the game on the TV. 2. No outside light to deck where the grill is. 3. Mice in basement that disrupted sleep. They were in the vents.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! We were in Galena for my sisters wedding. The property was clean and comfortable for all of us!! There was six of us ladies who stayed and we spent a majority of our time around the big dining room table talking about the weekend events. Definitely a five star stay!!

The house served our purposes. There was plenty of space for our group of 7. However, when we took the stopper out of the drain the sink, bugs immediately came up out of the sink into the kitchen. The garbage disposal didn’t work until we found a reset switch. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Overall, it was fine. Just a couple things that weren’t ideal.

Could have had a couple more oven pans.

We've stayed at this house at least 3 times and it is perfect for 4 people. Rooms are nice, pool table and hot tub are a nice touch. The Owner's Club is really nice, too!

We were on motorcycles and a car had a blast good place to start from everyday 😀

Nothing extraordinary, mostly cosmetic. Could use a deep cleaning, as far as the carpets,etc. Only complaint is room with double beds does need a door for privacy. Everything else was fine.
