Dale was awesome to work with. He was so helpful and responded right away. We had a couple of small hick-ups and they were fixed immediately. The house was perfect for our group.

The house was large enough for our needs, however we could have used the loft and that was roped off. The kids loved the pool table, and chess set. They were sad that they couldn’t use the ping pong table. The master bed was very comfortable and the room was dark too slow for a good nights sleep.

We were looking for a quick place with many beds to use as a place to stay to visit Downtown Mesa. It was perfect. Added bonus was the pool table, ping pong table, fusbal table and games for us to use and play. Dale was a perfect host quickly taking care of our needs. Thank you.

Dale was an amazing host. He went above and beyond making sure we had space. Our team of 20 had plenty of beds and space. The kitchen was more than accommodating and the bedrooms were great. Plenty of activities in the house. The area seemed like a good area as well. Laundry was big enough to wash all our uniforms. The only slight complaint I had was that when it rained bugs popped up. Other than that everything was great.

Summary: Good option if you need a ton of space and are on a budget. Pros: Ginormous- 5 bedrooms, a large loft w 3 beds, plus an attached apartment (6th bedroom). Fun- Full size ping pong & pool tables, foosball, giant chess board, board games. Eating area w/ restaurant booths. Communication- Dale was very responsive & helpful Cons: Older home- they’ve made a few updates but definitely an older home with some weird decor Location- Not the nicest part of town, but it is tucked away in a culdesac and there are cameras in the carport area. Neutral: Showers are weird with 2-5 showerheads

We stayed for a funeral so we didn't spend much time there. The house was clean. Had everything we needed. It was quirky in a fun way. The kids loved the cafe booths and games provided. There were a few weird things though. Like holes in one of the front doors you could see to the out side. Lots of spider webs on the front porch. It said they are redoing the back yard but it just looks trashed a d unkept. Foil on the windows gave it creepy vibes. But it was clean fits a lot of people and did what we needed it to.

Good place. Strange setup and could not access back yard. Not the best neighborhood…but still nice. Good communication from host.

I booked this house for several staff members that flew into town for a trade show in Mesa. From the moment they walked in I started getting messages of how dirty the place was. I was sent photos of cobwebs, filthy grills, cockroachs on the inside, chipped paint, decaying floorboards, broken ceiling fan and things like several tenants left over soap and shampoo bottles in the showers. There is no way that this location should even be listed in its current condition. I was completely embarrassed that I put my staff here. From looking at the photos on the listing it looked like it would have been a nice place but this was not the case. The property owner messaged me and asked how things were going and I had to send photos in a Google drive box because there were so many. He basically said he would just let his maintenance person know. I wish I could post these photos as part of my review.
