HUGE 1700 sqft 3bd West Loop Penthouse w/ Balcony

The building is from the 19th century which made it a really unique experience. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond. We went to check out the Linkin Park concert in the United Center and it was a 5min walk from the property.

Perfect location for our activities.

Our group of seven does an annual hockey trip to a new location each year and the place was perfect for our desires as we were all able to stay in the same apartment and have comfortable sleeping arrangements - and we are a group of people in our 30s and 40s ranging in heights from very short to very tall. The raised shower head in the second bathroom was great for our very tall member.The management team and the ease of check-in and check-out were great.The primary beds were very soft (which I really appreciate but my wife isn’t as big a fan). The other beds were quite comfortable from what the group said, even the mattress for the floor slept to large folks and gave comfort for the both of them. There was enough space in both the kitchen and living room

Location is great for walking around west loop.

Perfect location for a sports fan. Walking to a Bulls/Blackhawk game, priceless. Train to soldier field, great. The home was a place to rest. This location, you shouldn't be indoors for long, depending on Chicago weather.

This property did not disappoint! We had plenty of room for 7 adults and enjoyed the common areas as well as the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable and pleased with everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, and we enjoyed our stay. The unit is large and comfortable for our group. The balcony was a nice place to hang out. Had everything we needed and the owners were very helpful and provided great communication about everything we needed including recommended restaurants in the area. We did feel the unit could use some maintenance and it is a bit of a climb for older guests.

This property is perfect location in the loop, easy access for uber or using the L. Spacious enough for our group of 5, we used the balcony nightly, with a great view of the King and Queen in the foreground.Local food / bar's / grocery make it convenient. Check in was easy, and we appreciated the host letting us put or luggage in the house before check in.We would recommend this property!!

Had an amazing time meeting friends in Chicago! The location of the renal is perfect!! So many great things to do in this area. The Host was amazing and available for all questions and answered in a timely manner! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! It was great to have a nice place to rest and hang out between activities. The location worked out wonderfully for the places we were visiting. It’s also a lovely neighborhood and we felt really safe and comfortable there. If you are bringing your car, I highly recommend getting the paid spot that is right behind the place. That worked out great for us. I used the bedroom that has the bathroom attached. There was so much counter/storage space in that bathroom! I could unload my lotions, potions, and other toiletries and not have to live out of a bag the whole trip. Such a luxury! The bed and bedding were also super comfortable! The place has good AC and lots of fans available for extra cooling, which we appreciated. We love fans! The host was so awesome! He was very responsive and supportive when I had questions. I would highly recommend this place and this host and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Location is easy walk to green or pink line Ashland station. Also easy walk (15 min) to West Loop shops/restaurants. Parking on street was easy (Thanksgiving holiday). Communication with owner was great. Check in was described well and easy to follow but there are a lot of steps - code for gate, code for lockbox, code for door and lots of literal steps to 4th floor. Butfelt very secure. We had a lovely Christmas at this gorgeous apartment. Everything was as advertised and the location was perfect for our first visit to Chicago.

The building is in a great spot! There are challenges though. The biggest things: 4th floor walk up - no elevator. Old building so tromping up and down the stairs is loud and we worried about disturbing the neighbors. For such a large place, seating is sparse. Master bedroom has no usable closet and the en suite shower is missing a glass door so it’s impossible to keep water from getting on the floor.

Property is located on the 4th floor of an older building, there is not an elevator.

The property was very clean and a short drive from downtown. Very easy to reach out to property manager with any questions. Property was very comfortable.

Check in was very confusing. Grill was broken and not told to us ahead of time. Shower door missing and floor was always getting wet. Kitchen was poorly stocked and old. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable. Faucets not secure in master bath. No cushion for outside couches. Had to empty dishwasher before using kitchen. No closet in master bedroom. No tvs in any of the bedrooms.
